Abstract
Description
도 2는 임상 검체로부터 분리한 대장균(Escherichia coli) sFT001-0006 추출액 및 클로스트리디움 테르티움(Clostridium tertium) sFT001-0168 추출액의 혼합물을 첨가한 배지에서만 특이적으로 자란 콜로니를 선별하여 이에 해당하는 균주의 16S rDNA 염기서열을 분석하여 확인한 아시니박테리움 두오데니(Asinibacterium duodeni) sFT001-0186의 계통도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 검체 내의 난배양성 미생물을 분리하는 방법의 과정을 나타낸 모식이다.

Claims (6)
- (a) 검체를 액체 선택배지에 접종하고 배양하여 배양물을 준비하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 배양물을 희석하여 고체 선택배지에 재접종한 후 배양하여 하나 이상의 균주를 분리하는 단계;
(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 분리한 각각의 균주를 액체 선택배지에서 배양한 후 각각의 세포 용해물(lysate)을 준비하는 단계;
(d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 준비한 각 세포 용해물이 포함된 고체 선택배지를 제조하는 단계;
(e) 상기 (d) 단계에서 제조한 세포 용해물이 포함된 고체 선택배지에 (a) 단계의 배양물을 희석하여 접종한 후 배양하여, 상기 (c) 단계의 세포 용해물 미포함 고체 선택배지에서 자란 콜로니와 구별되는 콜로니를 선별하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 (e) 단계에서 선별된 콜로니를 배양하여 이의 세포 용해물을 준비한 후, 단독으로 또는 상기 (c) 단계의 세포 용해물과 혼합하여 (d) 내지 (e) 단계를 추가로 반복하는 단계;를 포함하는, 검체 내의 난배양성 미생물을 분리하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검체는 임상 시료 또는 환경 시료로부터 습득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검체 내의 난배양성 미생물을 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계에서 분리된 균주는 대장균(Escherichia coli), 바실러스 세레우스(Bacillus cereus), 엔테로코커스 히래(Enterococcus hirae) 및 엔테로코커스 락티스(Enterococcus lactis)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 검체 내의 난배양성 미생물을 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (f) 단계 이후에, (f) 단계에서 최종 선별한 콜로니에 해당하는 균주의 16S rDNA 염기서열을 분석하여 동정하는 단계를 추가로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검체 내의 난배양성 미생물을 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 분리된, 기탁번호가 KCTC18773P인 아시니박테리움 두오데니(Asinibacterium duodeni) FT-ECCT 186 균주.
