피톤치드오일 또는 편백정유 중 1이상과 견운모가 혼합된 항균방향제, PE(polyethylene)원료 및 칼라염료를 중량비 2~3: 100 : 4~5 로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합단계(S1)와;
상기 혼합물을 이용하여 원사를 제조하는 제조단계(S2)와;
상기 원사를 1차적으로 섭씨 20~25도의 용수에 투입하여 1분당 10g~15g의 원사를 냉각시켜 냉각원사를 제조하는 제1냉각단계(S3)와;
제1냉각단계를 통해 제조된 냉각원사를 1 : 3.8~4.2의 비율로 용수안에서 연신하여 잔디원사를 제조하는 연신단계(S4)와;
상기 잔디원사를 2차적으로 섭씨85~100도의 용수에서 1분에 10~15g을 냉각시켜 잔디사를 제조하는 고착냉각단계(S5)로; 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 및 방향처리된 인조잔디사 제조방법.
