Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a laser imaging apparatus, and more particularly, to a laser imaging apparatus with improved working precision by correcting an imaging path of a laser beam.
Currently, various technologies related to laser direct imaging technology are provided. As an example, it relates to a laser direct patterning technology, wherein a laser light source that outputs a laser, a polygon mirror that rotates at a constant speed and reflects the laser as a means of scanning the output laser, and a laser reflected from the polygon mirror are placed on a stage. There is a laser direct imaging technology that includes an ftheta lens for imaging.
The laser direct imaging device according to the prior art scans the laser in the transverse direction according to the rotation of the polygon scanner, and at the same time controls the laser output to correspond to a predefined pattern image, and when the scanning process for one line is completed, the stage By repeating the process of moving, a desired pattern image can be formed on the substrate.
However, according to the conventional laser direct imaging device, 1) all mirror surfaces of the polygon scanner are difficult to be processed at a uniform angle and plane, and 2) distortion of the scan trajectory of the beam due to vibrations generated while the polygon scanner rotates. 3) There is a problem that it is difficult to exactly match the scan start and end points of all mirror surfaces of the polygon scanner. (A), (b), and (c) of FIG. 1 show examples of the scan trajectory of a laser beam when the same problems as 1), 2), and 3) occur.

In one embodiment, the
For example, the
In general, in the process of performing direct laser imaging, the thickness of the line width formed on the object may be different due to various factors such as the material of the object and the output intensity of the laser beam.
Meanwhile, in FIGS. 2 and 3, the

The
In an embodiment, the
At this time, the
In one embodiment, the
