Abstract

본 발명은 사용자의 손과 손등의 일부에 각각 착용되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 손과 손목의 일부에 착용되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 있어서, 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사에 은 분산액을 함침시켜 완성된 향균사를 준비하고, 25 ~ 35데니어인 스판덱스사를 심사로 하고 상기 심사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 커버링하여 완성된 신축사를 준비한 후, 상기 향균사와 신축사를 인터레이스한 후 80 ~ 100t/m으로 꼬임이 이루어지는 연사공정을 거쳐 완성된 제1원사; 130 ~ 150데니어로 된 나일론사로 된 제2원사; 상기 제1원사 및 제2원사가 1 : 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지고, 손등 부위에는 제1원사, 제2원사 및 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 1 : 1 : 0.5 ~ 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Description

향균장갑의 제조방법{Method for manufacturing antibacterial gloves}
본 발명은 사용자의 손과 손등의 일부에 각각 착용되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 향균사와 신축사의 연사공정을 거쳐 완성된 제1원사와 나일론사로 된 제2원사를 편직하되, 손등 부위는 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 포함되어 편직되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 장갑은 손을 보호하거나 추위를 막거나 장식하기 위하여 손에 끼는 것으로, 편직기를 이용해 실로 뜨개질 한 것처럼 편직하여 생산되는 편직장갑(knitted gloves)과, 피혁 및 섬유재의 원단을 재단하여 이를 재봉 생산하는 봉제장갑(cut gloves) 방식으로 크게 분류된다.
이러한 장갑은 일상생활인 가정이나 산업현장 및 음식점 등 다양하게 사용되고 있으며, 최근에는 독감 외에도 호흡기성 전염병이 새롭게 발생하여, 광범위하게 사람들에게 감염시킬 수 있는 위험 상황들이 자주 발생된다. 예를들어, 사스(SARS, 중증 급성 호흡기 증후군), 신종플루, 에볼라, 메르스m 코로나19 등 신종 전염병들이 자주 발생하고 있어 장갑에 향균기능을 구비한 기술이 계속적으로 개발되고 있다.
본 발명 또한 상기 향균기능이 발휘되는 장갑에 대한 개량을 제시한 것이다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 향균사와 신축사의 연사공정을 거쳐 완성된 제1원사와 나일론사로 된 제2원사를 편직하되, 손등 부위는 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 포함되어 편직되어 각종 세균과 곰팡이는 물론 악취 등에 대하여 항균 및 탈취작용을 함으로써 보건위생을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 나일론사가 함께 편직됨으로써 착용 시 착용감이 우수하면서도 흡한속건성의 기능이 있는 향균장갑의 제조방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 향균장갑의 제조방법은, 손과 손목의 일부에 착용되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 있어서, 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사에 은 분산액을 함침시켜 완성된 향균사를 준비하고, 25 ~ 35데니어인 스판덱스사를 심사로 하고 상기 심사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 커버링하여 완성된 신축사를 준비한 후, 상기 향균사와 신축사를 인터레이스한 후 80 ~ 100t/m으로 꼬임이 이루어지는 연사공정을 거쳐 완성된 제1원사; 130 ~ 150데니어로 된 나일론사로 된 제2원사; 상기 제1원사 및 제2원사가 1 : 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지고, 손등 부위에는 제1원사, 제2원사 및 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 1 : 1 : 0.5 ~ 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 향균사에 함침되는 은 분산액은 물 100중량부를 기준으로, 전기분해조에 은을 전기분해하여 얻은 은 분해액 5 ~ 10중량부, 알긴산접착액 10 ~ 20중량부가 교반되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 은 분산액이 함침된 향균사에 나노화된 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말을 도포하고, 상기 나노화된 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말의 입자크기는 1 ~ 3㎛임을 특징으로 한다.
전술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 은 분산액이 함침된 향균사로 하여금 각종 세균과 곰팡이는 물론 악취 등에 대하여 항균 및 탈취작용을 함으로써 보건위생을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 나일론사가 함께 편직됨으로써 착용 시 착용감이 우수하면서도 흡한속건성의 기능이 있어 장갑을 벗을 때 달라붙는 현상을 최소화하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 향균사의 제조과정에서 향균기능을 가진 은 분산액이 함침되어 기존에 장갑에 별도로 이루어지는 향균처리공정이 생략되어 항균 처리비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그리고, 향균사에 함침되는 은 분산액에 알긴산접착액이 포함되어, 은의 향균효능을 극대화하는 것은 물론 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말의 입자의 부착성이 더욱 향상시키면서도 실리카겔분말과 아연에 알칼리염을 산화시키는 기능으로 인해 알칼리에 취약한 은의 효능을 더욱 부각시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 은과 아연을 통한 향균기능이 구비되어 사람의 피부와 접촉하는 장갑 내에 존재하는 세균을 효율적으로 살균하게 되어 장시간 착용하더라도 피부에 자극을 주지 않고 피부 발진과 가려움증 등과 같은 부작용을 경감시키는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 일반적으로 사용되는 장갑과 동일하게 사용자의 손바닥과 손등 및 손가락이 포함되는 손과 손등의 일부에 각각 착용되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 향균장갑의 제조방법은 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사에 은 분산액을 함침시켜 완성된 향균사를 준비하고, 25 ~ 35데니어인 스판덱스사를 심사로 하고 상기 심사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 커버링하여 완성된 신축사를 준비한 후, 상기 향균사와 신축사를 인터레이스한 후 80 ~ 100t/m으로 꼬임이 이루어지는 연사공정을 거쳐 완성된 제1원사를 제조한다.
또한, 130 ~ 150데니어로 된 나일론사로 된 제2원사를 준비한다.
상기 제1원사 및 제2원사가 1 : 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지고, 장갑의 손등 부위는 제1원사, 제2원사 및 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 1 : 1 : 0.5 ~ 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지는 것이다.
여기서, 제1원사는 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사에 은 분산액을 함침시켜 완성된 향균사가 포함된다.
은은 살균 및 항균 능력 등이 매우 우수하며, 특히 물에 분산되어 일정한 양의 수분이 혼합될 경우 살균 및 항균 효과 등이 더욱 강해져 세균이나 독성의 번식을 억제하게 되므로, 은 분산액은 상술한 살균 및 항균 작용과 더불어 탈취, 전자파 및 자외선 차단, 원적외선 및 음이온 방출 등과 같이 매우 광범위한 분야에서 항생물질로 사용될 수가 있게 된다.
또한, 은이 함유된 원사의 제조과정에서 은이 원사와 일체로 함유되도록 할 경우에는 은의 외부발산이 불가능해지게 되므로, 원사에 은을 적용시킬 경우에는 되도록 제조된 원사의 외면에 미립화한 은을 코팅하거나 본 발명의 형균사와 같이 은 분산액을 함침하여 사용된다.
향균사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 사용하는 것은 장갑용 편직물에 가장 많이 사용되는 원사 중 하나이며, 상기 데니어로 한정하는 것은 보온성이 우수하고 편직작업이 편리하게 되는 두께이기 때문이다.
또한, 제1원사는 25 ~ 35데니어인 스판덱스사를 심사로 하고 상기 심사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 커버링하여 완성된 신축사가 포함된다.
상기 신축사는 심사를 25 ~ 35데니어인 스판덱스사를 사용하여 신축사에 신축성을 부여하게 되며, 이는 장갑이 사람의 손에 착용될 때 어느 정도의 신축성을 지녀 사용자 손의 크기에 관계없이 착용이 간편하고 착용한 후에는 밀착감을 높여주도록 구성되는 것이다.
또한, 신축사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 커버링하는 것은 향균사와 동일하게 보온성 및 작업성을 고려하여 사용되었으며, 심사로 사용되는 스판덱스사는 열에 수축하는 특성이 있어서 신축사가 편직 후 가공과정 혹은 사용중에 열에 의하여 쉽게 수축하게 되어 원하는 형태성을 지니지 못하는 것을 방지하는 것이다.
또한, 제1원사는 향균사와 신축사를 인터레이스한 후 80 ~ 100t/m으로 꼬임이 이루어지는 연사공정을 거쳐 완성하게 된다.
인터레이스공정은 공기유체가 필라멘트축에 수직충돌하면서 동시에 필라멘트축에 대하여 평행한 난기류를 발생시켜 실의 장력에 따라 필라멘트 속을 개섬시키고 동시에 랜덤하게 혼합하는 것이다.
즉, 인터레이스공정을 통해 향균사와 신축사를 랜덤하게 혼합하여 제1원사는 향균기능 및 신축기능을 구비하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 연사공정은 향균사와 신축사를 인터레이스한 후 80 ~ 100t/m으로 꼬임이 이루어져 인터레이스한 향균사와 신축사의 형태를 온전하게 유지하는 것은 물론 편직된 제1원사 부위에 필링현상을 차단하면서도 촉감 또한 우수하게 편직되어 편직물의 품질을 향상시키게 된다.
제2원사는 130 ~ 150데니어로 된 나일론사를 사용하며, 이는 나일론사가 가지는 고유의 경량성과 높은 수분율로 인해 피부에 닿는 감촉과 착용감이 타 합성섬유에 비해 매우 우수하여, 흡한속건성, 방풍성 및 신축성 등의 기능을 갖춰 장갑으로 사용하기에 적합하다.
앞서 언급한 바와 같이 상기 제1원사 및 제2원사가 1 : 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지고, 장갑의 손등 부위는 제1원사, 제2원사 및 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 1 : 1 : 0.5 ~ 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지게 되는 것이다.
폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 장갑의 손등에 제직됨으로써, 장갑의 손등 부위에 높은 탄성력을 부가하여 손등에서 장갑이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하도록 편직된다.
따라서, 은 분산액이 함침된 향균사로 하여금 각종 세균과 곰팡이는 물론 악취 등에 대하여 항균 및 탈취작용을 함으로써 보건위생을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 나일론사가 함께 편직됨으로써 착용 시 착용감이 우수하면서도 흡한속건성의 기능이 있어 장갑을 벗을 때 달라붙는 현상을 최소화하는 효과를 발휘하게 된다.
또한, 향균사의 제조과정에서 향균기능을 가진 은 분산액이 함침되어 기존에 장갑에 별도로 이루어지는 향균처리공정이 생략되어 항균 처리비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있게 된다.

한편, 향균사에 함침되는 은 분산액은 물 100중량부를 기준으로, 전기분해조에 은을 전기분해하여 얻은 은 분해액 5 ~ 10중량부, 알긴산접착액 10 ~ 20중량부가 교반되어 이루어짐이 바람직하다.
즉, 은 분해액에 물이 혼합됨으로써, 은을 직접 사용하는 원사 보다 강력한 살균력, 원적외선 방출, 음이온 발생의 효능을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
또한, 알긴산접착액이 은 분산액에 포함되어 폴리에스터사에 함침효율을 높일 수 있도록 하여 은의 효능을 극대화시킬 수 있으면서도 후가공이나 세탁 등에 의해서도 그 기능이 저하되지는 않게 된다.
여기서, 물과 알긴산소다를 10 : 0.5 ~ 1의 중량비율로 혼합하여 이루어짐이 바람직하며, 알긴산소다는 미역, 다시마, 감태와 같은 갈조류를 알칼리 추출한 후 산을 첨가하여 젤화한 것으로, 천연의 고분자 응집제로 불리울 만큼 접착력이 뛰어나서 은 분산액이 폴리에스터사에 효과적으로 함침될 수 있도록 한다.
그리고, 알긴산소다와 혼합되는 물은 60 ~ 70℃의 온도인 온수를 사용하며, 젤화된 알긴산소다를 다시 분말화시켜 온수와 혼합하게 되면 면 점성이 발생됨으로 은 분산액의 고착력이 극대화되는 것이다.
이를 위해 알긴산접착액은 상기의 범위로 혼합되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기의 범위 미만이면 은 분산액의 고착력이 저하되고, 상기의 범위를 초과하게 되면 은 고유의 향균기능이 저하된다.
그리고, 향균사의 향균기능을 향상시키기 위해 은 분산액이 함침된 향균사에 나노화된 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말을 도포하고, 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말이 도포된 향균사를 신축사와 인터레이스공정을 거치게 한다.
수산화알루미늄은 음이온 화합물로서 음이온과 원적외선이 방출되는 특성을 가지고, 항균 및 항진균 효과와 탈취 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
실리카겔은 알카리염 등의 유기화합물을 흡착시켜 산화시킬 수 있는 강력한 산화 기능 효과가 있고 흡착력 및 방습력이 우수하여 수산화알루미늄과 함께 곰팡이균이 발생되는 것을 최소화하고 악취 및 향균 효과를 발휘하게 된다.
아연은 항산화 작용으로 피부의 노화를 지연시키고 세포를 활성화시켜 파괴를 막아주며, 체내의 유해한 활성산소를 제거하는 효능을 갖는다.
또한, 아연은 향균사에 함침된 은과 함께 사용자의 체액이나 수분에 용해되면서 알칼리성 살균제로 작용하게 되므로, 사람의 피부와 접촉하는 장갑 내에 존재하는 세균을 효율적으로 살균하게 되어 장시간 착용하더라도 피부에 자극을 주지 않고 피부 발진과 가려움증 등과 같은 부작용을 경감시키는 효과를 가지게 된다.
수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말의 입자는 은 분산액에 포함되는 알긴산접착액에 의해 부착성이 더욱 향상된다.
또한, 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말의 입자크기는 1 ~ 3㎛ 이내인 것이 바람직하며, 이는 향균사에 부착성과 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말의 향균성 및 탁월한 흡착성을 동시에 충족시킬 수 있는 크기이기 때문이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 손과 손목의 일부에 착용되는 향균장갑의 제조방법에 있어서,
    65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사에 은 분산액을 함침시켜 완성된 향균사를 준비하고, 25 ~ 35데니어인 스판덱스사를 심사로 하고 상기 심사에 65 ~ 85데니어인 폴리에스터사를 커버링하여 완성된 신축사를 준비한 후, 상기 향균사와 신축사를 인터레이스한 후 80 ~ 100t/m으로 꼬임이 이루어지는 연사공정을 거쳐 완성된 제1원사;
    130 ~ 150데니어로 된 나일론사로 된 제2원사;
    상기 제1원사 및 제2원사가 1 : 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지고,
    손등 부위에는 제1원사, 제2원사 및 폴리우레탄사로 된 제3원사가 1 : 1 : 0.5 ~ 1의 가닥수 비율로 편직되어 이루어지는 향균장갑의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 향균사에 함침되는 은 분산액은 물 100중량부를 기준으로, 전기분해조에 은을 전기분해하여 얻은 은 분해액 5 ~ 10중량부, 알긴산접착액 10 ~ 20중량부가 교반되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 향균장갑의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 알긴산접착액은 물과 알긴산소다를 10 : 0.5 ~ 1의 중량비율로 혼합하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 향균장갑의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 은 분산액이 함침된 향균사에 나노화된 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말을 도포하고,
    상기 나노화된 수산화알루미늄분말과 실리카겔분말 및 아연분말의 입자크기는 1 ~ 3㎛임을 특징으로 하는 향균장갑의 제조방법.
