Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a finger joint for bridge expansion and contraction, and more specifically, to a finger joint for bridge expansion and contraction that can significantly reduce structural defects and reduce maintenance costs as well as promote structural safety. It is about.
The superstructure of the bridge, that is, the superstructure of the bridge, called a girder, is deformed by load, temperature change, concrete creep, and dry shrinkage.
In order to eliminate the occurrence of such deformation, the upper girders are spaced apart while maintaining a predetermined distance. In the spaced apart space, a bridge expansion and contraction device is installed to allow the vehicle to run smoothly and to prevent damage to the upper girders. do.
In other words, a bridge expansion joint device is installed between bridges or overpasses such as overpasses to protect the ends of the decks themselves, while vehicles passing through bridges or overpasses can run smoothly, stretching due to temperature changes, It is to facilitate movement and rotation by drying shrinkage and creep according to the age of concrete.
Currently, various types of bridge expansion and contraction devices have been disclosed, but bridge expansion and contraction devices mainly having the structure shown in FIG. 1 are widely used.
Referring to FIG. 1, the conventional bridge expansion and contraction device is formed with a plurality of
On the other hand, as described above, although the bridge expansion and contraction device as shown in FIG. 1 is the most representative, Korea Patent Office Application No. 10-2005-0013621, Korea Patent Office Application No. 10-2007-0140830, Korea Patent Office Application No. 10- Various extension joints are also disclosed in 2008-0057065, Korean Patent Office Application No. 20-2005-0025870, and the like.
However, in the case of the prior art including the above-mentioned document, there is a disadvantage in that the defect rate increases due to the structural limitations of the screw assembly structure.
Considering that concrete must be broken and replaced or repaired after the concrete is broken anyway, a new concept of finger joints for bridge joint expansion and contraction is needed to solve this.
