Claims (5)
- 원통형상 또는 박스형상으로 수소이온전지를 구성하는데 있어서,
합금전극을 이용하여 -전극(70)과 +전극(80)을 구성하며, 상기 -전극(70)과 +전극(80)의 접합부에 절연체(16)를 구성하고, 상기 -전극(70)과 +전극(80)의 내측에는 빈 공간을 형성하여 수소를 주입하며 진공상태인 셀내측부(20)를 형성하고, 상기 -전극(70)과 +전극(80)의 외부에는 감싸는 형태로 셀(10)을 형성하며, 상기 셀(10)의 +전극(80) 방향의 하단에는 셀내측부(20)에 열에너지를 공급하는 열발생부(90)를 구성하고, 상기 열발생부(90)에 연료를 공급하는 연료공급관(95)을 연결하며, 상기 셀(10)의 외측부 상단에는 연소배출구(15)를 형성하고, 상기 -전극(70)과 +전극(80)을 연결하는 외부도선(50)을 포함하여 본체(1)로 구성하는 합금전극을 이용한 수소이온전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 셀내측부(20)를 둘러싸는 형태의 -전극(70)과 +전극(80)에서 -전극(70)은 크롬(Cr) 또는 망간(Mn) 또는 철(Fe) 중에서 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 선택하여 합금 전극으로 형성하고, +전극(80)은 니켈(Ni) 또는 구리(Cu) 또는 아연(Zn) 중에서 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 선택하여 합금 전극으로 형성하며, 상기 셀내측부(20)에 백금(Pt)과 팔라듐(Pd)을 촉매로 형성하여 전자(e)의 움직임을 활성화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금전극을 이용한 수소이온전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 셀내측부(20)의 내측과 셀(10)의 외측을 연결하도록 셀(10)의 상부에는 수소주입구(40)를 추가로 형성하고, 셀(10)의 하부에는 진공배출구(45)를 추가로 형성하여 셀내측부(20)를 진공상태로 할 때는 수소주입구(40)를 닫고 진공배출구(45)를 이용하여 진공상태로 형성하며, 셀내측부(20)에 수소를 주입할 때는 진공배출구(45)를 닫고 수소주입구(40)를 이용하여 수소를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금전극을 이용한 수소이온전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 셀내측부(20)의 중앙부에는 전해질층(30)을 형성하며, 상기 전해질층(30)은 액체상태와 고체상태 중에서 어느 하나를 선택하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금전극을 이용한 수소이온전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 본체(1)의 외부를 감싸는 셀(10)의 외장은 유리섬유 또는 합성수지 중에서 어느 1종을 선택하여 단독으로 구성하거나 또는 2종 모두를 혼합하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금전극을 이용한 수소이온전지.
