다각 형상의 바닥용 틀(111a)과, 상기 바닥용 틀(111a)의 상면 모서리에 일단이 고정되게 세워지고 연결바(111b)를 매개로 서로 고정 연결된 것에 의해 다각 형상의 틀로 만들어지게 중공의 바로 형성된 복수의 수직바(111c)를 포함하여 구성되는 흡연박스용 틀(111)과, 상기 흡연박스용 틀(111)의 상면을 덮어 비나 눈 그리고 이물질의 유입을 차단하기 위해 구비되되, 저면에는 담배연기를 배출시키기 위해 복수의 배출구(113a)가 형성되어 구비되는 흡연박스용 천장(113)과, 상기 흡연박스용 틀(111)의 전,후 및 좌,우측면을 막음하되, 전면 일부는 개폐가능한 개폐도어(115)가 설치되는 투명 또는 반투명 재질의 흡연박스용 측판(117)과, 상기 바닥용 틀(111a)에 안착 고정되는 것에 의해 지면과 이격되어 벌레나 이물질이 내부로 유입되는 것을 차단하도록 함과 아울러 재떨이와 의자를 설치할 수 있도록 판상으로 형성되되, 판상에는 복수의 외기송풍홀(119a)이 천공되어 구비되는 흡연박스용 바닥판(119)으로 구성된 흡연박스(110)와;
상기 흡연박스용 천장(113)의 외측면에 설치되어 복수의 배출구(113a)와 배출용 연결관(131)을 매개로 연결되도록 일면에는 입구부가 형성되고, 타면에는 배출구가 형성되되, 내부에는 상기 흡연박스(110) 내부의 담배연기를 필터링시킬 수 있도록 필터부(132)와 흡입팬(133)이 설치되어 구비되는 집진기(130)와;
상기 집진기(130)의 배출구에 일단이 연결되고, 타단은 상기 흡연박스(110)의 흡연박스용 바닥판(119)의 저면에 설치되어 상기 집진기(130)의 흡입팬이 구동하는 것에 대응되게 상기 흡연박스용 바닥판(119)에는 복수의 외기송풍홀(119a)측으로 공기를 송풍시켜 상기 흡연박스(110) 내부의 담배연기가 신속하게 흡연박스용 천장(113)에 형성된 복수의 배출구(113a)측으로 배출가능하도록 구비되는 공기공급수단(150)을 포함하되,
상기 흡연박스(110)의 흡연박스용 바닥판(119)의 저면에는, 상기 집진기(130)의 구동과 동시에 작동하여 상기 흡연박스용 바닥판(119)에 형성된 복수의 외기송풍홀(119a)을 개폐시켜 흡연박스(110) 내부의 이물질이 상기 공기공급수단(150)의 타단측으로 유입되는 것을 차단가능하도록 외기송풍홀 개폐수단(170)이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡연용 부스.
