DESCRIPTION
Technical Background
This invention relates to a smoking device designed for indoor spaces that avoid unfavourable consequences (of smoke due to smoking or water piping) using tobacco products such as cigarettes at indoor spaces, for instance at home, at workplace, restaurants vehicles etc.
Prior Art
(Cigarette smoke, water pipe smoke) due to consumption of tobacco products, such as cigarettes and water pipe put others than the smoker himself or herself in a passive smoker position, resulting in a set of diseases. For this reason, smoking at indoor spaces is subject to regulations in many countries, making good efforts to prevent non-smokers (or people that do not smoke at the time) from being put in a passive smoker position, hence to prevent harmful effects of smoking on them.
Since smoking and water piping is an addiction, smokers violate non-smoking rules secretly and consume tobacco products at indoor spaces as representatives in charge of the indoor space shut their eyes to it. This hampers the intended objective of the rules imposed and laws enacted, and lead to disagreements and even quarrels between smokers and non-smokers.
Restaurants, cafeterias and similar enterprises that do not risk losing prospective customers, as well as any other business enterprises that want to allow their personnel's need for smoking without damaging any others on the one hand and want to offer a more comfortable and convenience environment for customers on the other hand resort to set up smoking rooms intended for smokers (within possibility and as much as physical conditions of the enterprise allows). Smokers smoke or consume tobacco products at these rooms allocated for them. Even though these practices present a solution for passive smokers, smokers that spend time at smoking rooms are exposed to much more smoke (cigarette smoke, water pipe smoke and other tobacco products' smoke) than usual, which makes them more vulnerable to disease risks. In addition, clothes of smokers area permeated with a strong and unpleasant odour of smoke, which is cause of another disturbance.
Smokers at places that cannot set up a smoking rood due to lack of financial possibilities or physical conditions are forced to go out of the building for smoking. This becomes troublesome for smokers in case of rainy, windy and cold weather conditions. This, in turn, causes serious job loss at work.

The smoking unit (3) that is provided with the invention has a smoking body (3.1 ) divided into two containers, and a blowing body (3.2) that can be inserted on and removed from the smoking body (3.1) with skidder, guiding system. As the blowing body (3.2) is capable of being inserted and removed off, it can be removed for cleaning at any desired time. The part overlapping the lower part of the be smoking body (3.1 ) contains a bull's-eye (3.1.1 ) and a cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1 .2) that seated on the bull's-eye (3.1.1 ). A cigarette casing (3.1 .3) exists where the bull's-eye (3.1.1 ) and the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2) intersect. Retaining part of the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2) remains outside the smoking body (3.1), and because the lower part of the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2) is fixed, the upper body of the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2) opens when pressed onto retaining part of the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2), hence it is enabled that filter of the cigarette that is now placed on the cigarette casing (3.1.3) remains outside when the cigarette is fixed in the casing. The invention is equipped with a retaining piece (3.1.4) so that lower part of the retaining sleeve (3.1.2) is inserted and removed whenever desired. The invention has a lighter (3.1.5) for lighting the cigarette now fixed in the invention. Ignition body of the lighter (3.1.5) remains inside and the ignition tip remains inside, this enables user to light up cigarette easily. The invention has an ashtray (3.1.6) that can be inserted and removed onto lower part of the smoking unit (3.1 ). The ashtray (3.1.6) collects ashes and the cigarette butt. The separation body (3.1.7) that separates the lower and upper parts of the smoking body (3.1 ) has a separation body escape channel (3.1.7.1 ) that transmits smoke from lower case to the upper case. A lid may be placed onto separation body escape channel (3.1 .7.1) for de-pressing the air flow in case smoke form the lower case is exposed to resistance when being transmitted to the upper case due to air flow arising out of the smoking unit fan (3.3).
The invention has an inspection glass (3.1.8) onto smoking body (3.1 ). It enables intervention for assembling and troubleshooting purposes when necessary.
Blowing body (3.2) equipped with the invention is structured oval like that of a coil to facilitate guiding the smoke. Corner surface of the blowing body (3.2) has a flexible tube of water pipe (3.2.1 ) for those that wish to water pipe. Smoking unit (3) of the invention has a smoking unit fan (3.3) that is placed inside the smoking body (3.1 ) and enables discharge of the cigarette smoke burning on the lower case of the smoking body (3.1) on the one side and enables smoke blown into the blowing body (3.2) (whether cigarette smoke or smoke from any other tobacco product whatsoever) is guided initially to the moving blowline (2) and to the fume hood unit (1 ) therefrom. The invention has a fume hood unit (1 ). The fume hood lower grid group (1.2) has rotating fans (1.2.2) placed inside fan container (1.2.1 ). There are moving blowlines (1 .2.3) placed on the upper part of the fan containers (1.2.1 ). The fume hood lower grid group (1 .2) contains gear motor (1.2.5) connected on engine mount (1.2.4), and a drive pulley (1.2.6) that gradually rotates to the left or right by mediation of the gear motor (1.2.5). The drive pulley (1 .2.6) has a fan drive belt (1.2.7) and blowline drive belt (1.2.8). Rotting fans (1.2.2) have roller fan shafts (1.2.2.1) whereby fan drive belt (1.2.7) transmits motion received from the drive pulley (1.2.6) to the roller fan shafts (1.2.2.1 ), which, in turn, enables that rotating fans (1.2.2) rotate with a 180 degree angle. Blowline drive belts (1 .2.8) between hooped belt mounts (1.2.9) and drive pulley (1.2.6) transmit motion received from the drive pulley (1.2.6) to the moving blowlines (1.2.3) by mediation of the pipe shafts (1.2.10). This enables that moving blowlines (1.2.3) are seated on fume hood escape channels (1.1.1 ) upon fume hood body (1.1 ), or get separated depending on the left and right rotation of the drive pulley (1 .2.6), consequently of the gear motor (1.2.5) that triggers the drive pulley (1.2.6). The fume hood unit (1 ) has escape channel covers (1.3) that are upon the fume hood body (1.1) and obturate fume hood escape channels (1.1.1), as well as on and off bars (1.4) that are deployed on the part where fume hood escape channels (1.1.1) are seated, and open escape channel covers (1 .3). Escape channel covers (1.3) that are normally in off position due to spring force open because of the pressure applied by on and off bars (1 .4) when moving blowlines (1.2.3) move in the direction of fume hood escape channels (1.1 .1 ); in this way they remain open as moving blowlines (1.2.3) are seated on fume hood escape channels (1.1.1 ).
The fume hood unit (1) has a fume hood body lower cover (1.5) that is connected to the lower part of the fume hood body (1.1 ) and is compatible with the fume hood lower grid group (1.2). Fume hood body lower cover (1.5) has additional air escape holes (1 .5.1 ) apart from the holes operating in line with the pieces involved in the fume hood lower grid group (1.2). There is a fume hood suction (1.6) on the upper part of the fume hood unit (1). Fume hood suction (1.6) enables that smog retained (or otherwise delivered to) in the inner part of the fume hood unit (1 ) is firstly transmitted to the discharge pipe (4) and to the chimney unit (5) therefrom.
Slings (1.7) equipped with the fume hood unit (1 ) are fastened to the suitable part in the related medium, and it thus functions as a lighting unit thanks to the courtesy lamp (1.8) at the lower part. Chimney unit (5) equipped with the invention contains a chimney body (5.1), chimney pipe fittings (5.2) that protrude outwards off from the chimney body (5.1) to let the discharge pipe (4) in, and a chimney fan (5.3) that is inside the chimney body. Chimney fan (5.3) enables that smog (or bad odour) accumulated inside the chimney body is extracted and discharged. Number of chimney pipe fittings (5.2) that chimney fan (5.3.) that will be used for the chimney unit (5) may vary depending on the number of fume hood units (1 ) and total length of the chimney body (5.1). Chimney pipe fittings (5.2) upon the chimney body (5.1 ) are kept closed with the help of was, plugs etc. when not in use. The invention is equipped with a pierced gully grating (5.1 .1 ) on the lower part of the chimney body (5.1 ). The pierced gully grating (5.1 .1 ) enables that air beneath the chimney unit (5) is first extracted to the chimney body (5.1 ) thanks to the chimney fan (5.3), and then is discharged. This helps to get rid of bead odour in an alternative way.
The invention makes use of a chimney unit (5.1 ) alternatively depending on h medium or physical conditions, whereas a chimney unit (5.1 ) is not necessary if and when discharge is enabled by a discharge pipe (4) as smog or polluted air directly passes through the discharge pipe (4) for being discharged. Moving blowline (2) equipped with the invention is between the fume hood unit (1 ) and smoking unit (3), and is capable of moving upwards and downwards, left and right. Moving blowline (2) moves upwards and downwards, left and right thanks to the brackets (2.1 ) that are firmly intermeshing as male and female pieces and the spiral pipes (2.2); moving blowline (2) capacity for moving upwards and downwards, left and right can be provided by different methods in state-of-the-art.
Electrical cable of the moving blowline (2) that is capable of moving upwards and downwards, left and right must be of a certain length, and there are cable spinning unit (1.2.1 1) on fume spinning unit (1 .2) of the fume hood unit (1 ) to prevent any visual disturbance. Cable spinning units (1.2. 1 ) extend the cables wounded up on the moving blowline (2) when it extends downwards, and in the likewise manner it recoils back the idle cabling when the moving blowline (2) is pulled (shorten).
To render the invention a more functional one, smoking body (3.1 ) on the smoking unit (3) is equipped with a display unit (6) (television, tablet computer etc.), USB charging unit (7) for charging phones etc. and, a headphone jack loudspeaker unit (8) for sound systems.
The invention has control switches (3.4) upon the smoking unit (3). To enable users to control the invention easily, these control switches have been placed onto smoking body (3.1 ) in the smoking unit (3). The control switches (3.4) enable that smoking unit fan (3.3), fume hood suction fan (1.6), and chimney fan (5.3) operate simultaneously, the lamp blinks, rotating fans (1.2.2) operate, gear motor (1 .2.5) operate to the left or right.
For using the invention, user needs to put in a position suitable for himself or herself the smoking unit (3) connected to the fume hood unit (1 ) with the help of moving blowline (2) as it is capable of moving upwards and downwards and left and right. After that, the relevant control switch is pressed to operate smoking unit fan (3.3), fume hood suction fan (1 .6) and chimney fan (5.3). After that, retaining part of the retaining sleeve (3.1 .2) is pressed to open the upper body of the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1 .2), and cigarette is placed on the cigarette casing (3.1 .3). The user follows up with the process through the bulls eye (3.1 .1 ) and lights the cigarette with the lighter (3.1.5). Cigarette smoke is blown to the smoking body (3.2) by the smoker. Cigarette smoke and blown smoke passes through the moving blowline (2) with the help of the smoking unit fan (3.3) and is guided to the fume hood unit (1 ) while the smoke, now in the fume hood unit (1 ) passes through the discharge pipe (4) with the help of fume hood suction fan (1 .6), and is subsequently guided to the chimney unit (5). In this way smoke and unfavourable odour that may leak out is guided to the chimney unit (5) through vacuum by fume hood suction fan (1.6), and air escape holes (1 .5.1 ) on the fume hood body lower cover (1 .5).
Smoke that is guided to the chimney unit (5) is discharged through the chimney fan (5.3). In this way, smoke blown by the smoker is discharged without being dispersed to the medium. Users that want to make use of the device for water pipe insert the flexible tube of water pipe (3.2.1 ), smoke of the water pipe will be discharged in the same way.
If the invention is to be used for cooling, gear motor (1 .2.5) is operated with the relevant control switch in a way to ensure that moving blowline (1 .2.3) is seated on fume hood escape channels (1 .1 .1 ) upon the fume hood body (1 .1 ); in the meantime rotating fans (1 .2.2) rotate by 180 degrees for blowing in a downward position. In this way, air outside the fume hood unit (1 ) (air in the medium where the invention is) is guided downwards as rotating fans (1 .2.2) that operate independent from other fans operate with the relevant control switch (3.4). If the invention is to be used for soaking unfavourable odour apart from the smoke in the medium, gear motor (1.2.5) is operated with the relevant control switch (3.4) whereby moving blowline (1.2.3) depart from the fume hood escape channels (1 .1 .1 ) for moving inwards, simultaneously rotating fans (1.2.2) rotate by 180 degrees and get in an upward blowing position. In this way, unfavourable odours are absorbed in the fume hood unit (1) with the help of the rotating fans (1.2.2), and the unfavourable odour is guided to the chimney unit (5) through discharge pipe (4) together with the fume hood suction fan (1 .6) that operates in the same direction.
Invention allows applications in the industry, and all constituent elements of the invention may be manufactured from different materials in state-of-the-art.

Claims

1. It is a smoking device developed for indoor spaces, and is characterised with a fume hood (1), moving blowline (2) that enables the moving blowline (1 ) to move upwards and downwards, left and rights and stand in any desired direction, and a smoking unit (3) attached thereto, and a chimney unit (5) that, in turn, is attached to the fume hood unit (1) with a discharge pipe (4).
2. It relates to a smoking unit (3) in Claim 1 and is characterised with;
- a smoking body (3.1 ) divided into two containers,
- blowing body (3.2) that can be inserted on and removed from the smoking body (3.1),
- a smoking unit fan (3.3) that enables smoke of the cigarette from the lower container of the smoking unit (3.1) and the smoke blown to the smoking body (3.2) thereof are both guided initially to the mobile blowline (2) and then inside the fume hood unit (1 ).
3. It relates to the smoking body (3.1) in Claim 2 and is characterised with;
- a cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2) that is fastened on the lower part with the help of a retaining piece (3.1.4) that can be removed whenever desired, and that opens the upper part when pressure applied on the retaining part thereof,
- a bull's-eye (3.1.1) placed on the upper part of the cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2),
- a cigarette casing (3.1.3) at the point where the bull's-eye (3.1.1 ) and cigarette retaining sleeve (3.1.2) meet,
- a lighter (3.1.5) for lighting the cigarette whose ignition body is exposed and the ignition tip remains inside,
- a detachable ashtray (3.1.6) on the lower part of the device for collecting the cigarette ash and the cigarette butt, a separation body (3.1.7) equipped with a separation body escape channel (3.1.7.1 ) that enables partition of the upper and lower containers for transmitting smoke at the lower container to the upper container,
a detachable inspection glass (3.1 .8) that enables smoking unit fan (3.3) blows for cooling purposes at a desired direction as set by the user when not smoking.
It relates to blowing body (3.2) in Claim 2 and is characterised with an oval structure like that of a coil to facilitate guiding the smoke and a flexible tube of water pipe (3.2.1 ) for those that wish to water pipe.
It relates to a fume hood unit (1 ) in Claim 1 and is characterised with;
- a fume hood body (1.1) equipped with fume hood escape channels (1.1.1),
- a fume hood lower grid group (1.2) attached to the lower part of fume hood body (1.1 ),
- escape channel covers (1.3) that obturate fume hood escape channels (1.1.1 ), and on and off bars (1 .
4) that are positioned where fume hood escape channels (1.1.1 ) are and that open escape channel covers (1.3),
- a fume hood body lower cover (1.5) that is fastened on the lower part of the fume hood body (1 .1 ) and is in conformance to the fume hood lower grid group (1.2) with additional air escape holes (1.
5.1 ) upon it,
- a fume hood suction fan (1.6) that enables smoke and polluted air inside the fume hood unit (1 ) (or smoke and polluted air transferred thereto) is guided to the discharge pipe (4), and to the chimney unit (5) from there or directly to the external medium,
- slings (1.7) enabling connection to the suitable apt of the relevant medium, and a courtesy lamp (1.8) equipped at the lower part so as to use the device as a lightening unit when needed.
6. It relates to fume hood lower grid group (1.2) in Claim 5 and is characterised with; - rotating fans (1.2.2) with rolled fan shafts (1.2.2.1) placed inside an containers (1.2.1),
- moving blowlines (1.2.3) placed on the upper part of the fan containers
(1.2.1 ) ,
- a gear motor (1 .2.5) attached onto an engine mount (1.2.4), and a drive pulley (1.2.6) that gradually rotates to the left and right with the help of the gear motor (1.2.5),
- a fan drive belt (1.2.7) that transmits motion received from the drive pulley (1 .2.6) to the rolled fan shafts (1.2.2.1 ), enabling rotating fans
(1.2.2) rotate at 180 degree,
- a blowline drive belt (1.2.8) that is placed in between the hooped belt mount (1.2.9) and drive pulley (1.2.6), and transmits motion received from the drive pulley (1.2.6) to the moving blowlines (1.2.3) with the help of pipe shafts (1.2.10), hence enabling that moving blowline (1 .2.3) is seated on fume line drive belt (1.1.1) or get separated from the fume line drive belt (1.1.1 ),
- a cable spinning unit (1.2.1 1) that extends the cables wounded up on the moving blowline (2) when it extends downwards, and in the likewise manner it recoils back the idle cabling when the moving blowline (2) is pulled (shorten).
7. It relates to moving blowline (2) in Claim 1 and is characterised with brackets (2.1 ) that are firmly intermeshing as male and female pieces and the spiral pipes (2.2).
8. It relates to chimney unit (5) in Claim 1 and is characterised with a chimney body (5.1 ), and chimney pipe fittings (5.2) that protrude outward from the chimney body to let the discharge pipe (4), and a chimney fan (5.3) that is inside the chimney body and discharges the smoke(or polluted air) accumulated inside the chimney body (5.1 ).
9. It relates to chimney body (5.1) in Claim 5 and is characterised with a pierced gully grating (5.1 .1 ) on the lower part of it that enables air below the chimney unit (5) is transmitted initially to the chimney body (5.1 ) through the chimney fan (5.3) and is then eventually discharged.
10. It relates to smoking device developed for indoor spaces in Claim 1 and is characterised with a display unit (6), a charging unit (7) for charging phones, a headphone jack loudspeaker unit (8) for sound systems placed on the smoking body (3.1) on the smoking unit (3).
