Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article that receives feces discharged from the user's body.
Diapers are absorbent articles used by the elderly or physically disabled, and include disposable diapers, training pants, and incontinence pants. Any of these absorbent articles is used in accordance with the wearer's lifestyle and nursing level.
For example, disposable diapers are used as aids for excretion or the like or as nursing hygiene products by maintaining and absorbing the excrement without leaking it to a person who is difficult to excrete by himself, such as an elderly person or a physically disabled person.
Urine can be an important source of information about a user's health. Therefore, there is a need for a method of detecting and managing urine of a user.
Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 1246464 discloses a disposable diaper that can easily take out major parts of men, but there is no way to manage urine.
The present invention is to provide an absorbent article that can be easily produced while providing a sensor for sensing user's feces.
The technical problems to be achieved by the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems that are not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description. Will be able to.
The absorbent article of the present invention is disposed in the excrement area receiving the user's excrement, and the first sheet portion made of vinyl is restricted from passing through the excrement; A second sheet portion stacked on one surface of the first sheet portion facing the user and through which the excrement passes; And a pattern portion disposed between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion and in which electricity is communicated.
The absorbent article manufacturing method of the present invention includes a printing step of continuously printing or coating a pattern portion in which electricity is communicated to one surface of a first sheet of a vinyl material, through which a user's excretion is restricted; And a bonding step of continuously bonding the second sheet portion through which the excrement is passed to one surface of the first sheet portion on which the pattern portion is printed or coated.
The absorbent article of the present invention may include a pattern part corresponding to a sensor that detects user's excrement.
Since the absorbent article that picks up the feces is one-time, a cost problem is very important.
Therefore, even if a high-performance sensor for detecting the user's excrement is added to the absorbent article, it is difficult to be practically used due to cost problems. This is because the cost increases due to the addition of the sensor. In addition, since the sensor installation process and the connection terminal installation process for connecting the sensor and the sensing terminal must be added separately from the absorption product production process, it is unsuitable for mass production and high-speed production.
According to the absorbent article and its manufacturing method of the present invention, since high-speed mass production of the absorbent article is easy, it is possible to realize the purchase price of the absorbent article including the pattern portion.

In addition, terms specifically defined in consideration of the configuration and operation of the present invention may vary depending on the intention or custom of the user or operator. Definitions of these terms should be made based on the contents throughout this specification.
1 is an exploded perspective view showing the absorbent article of the present invention.
The absorbent article of the present invention may include a
The
For example, the user's excrement may include feces, urine, sweat, menstruation, tears, saliva, and the like.
To receive each excrement, the absorbent article of the present invention includes a diaper or pad receiving feces, a patch attached to a specific location on the user's body and sweating, a sanitary napkin receiving physiological products, a tear receiving eye patch, a mask receiving saliva, and the like. can do.
The
The
The
The
Absorption of cotton or the like is easy to slip on the
The
The absorbing
According to the above configuration, along the direction from the outside toward the user's body, the
At this time, since the
The
The
PEDOT는 poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)이다.PEDOT is poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene).
If the polymer is largely divided, it can be divided into a performance polymer and a functional polymer. Performance polymers are polymers derived from the properties of polymers and characterized by mechanical or thermal properties. A functional polymer is a polymer in which special properties are expressed according to functional groups present in the polymer, or functional properties are expressed by blending a functional material with the polymer.
Looking at the use of the conductive polymer, the conductive molding material and the conductive film are predominant, and are used in various fields such as for transporting ICs and for transparent electrodes. This field may include techniques for blending polymers with conductivity imparting agents.
The conductive polymer may include polyacetylene, polypyrrole, polythiophene, polyaniline, and the like.
The
Since the
Even if the
The
2 is a perspective view showing another absorbent article of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing an A-A' cut surface and a B-B' cut surface of FIG. 2.
The absorbent article shown can include a diaper that is filled between the user's legs and receives urine. The illustrated,
Since the
The diaper can be formed larger than the actual excretion area to be worn on the user's body. At this time, the
As a result, the center portion of the diaper including the excretion region includes the
On the other hand, the edge portion of the diaper without the excretion area may be stacked in order, the
At this time, the
The
For example, the
When the
Both ends of the
In addition, the
In other words, in the absorbent article, the absorbent formed only in the center of the
At this time, if the electrode of the sensing means is formed in a projection shape capable of penetrating through the
In addition, when a separate connection terminal is excluded, an additional process for installing a separate connection terminal in the
The
As an example, it is assumed that the first electrode of the sensing terminal contacts the first point ① of the
At this time, the sensing terminal may detect the equivalent resistance of the
In this case, when the equivalent resistance value of the
The equivalent resistance of the
If the sensing terminal knows the absorption rate per unit area of the absorbent article, the sensing terminal can determine the amount of excretion using the identified area of the excrement and the absorption rate per unit area.
Meanwhile, the
In order to detect fine feces present between each pattern and improve fecal detection performance, a first wing 211 protruding toward the

As another effect of the
For example, for high-speed mass production, the

The
Looking at the above manufacturing process, the
Since it is difficult to apply the entire
On the other hand, if the

For example, compared to a general absorbent article, although the overall process time increases as much as the process time of printing or coating the
