Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a catheter assembly, and more particularly, to a catheter assembly that can be easily and safely used in a peripheral blood vessel of a patient.
In hospitals, patients need to have venous blood vessels in order to get fluid. At this time, depending on the patient's condition, a catheter is inserted into a central venous blood vessel, a peripheral vein, or an artery vessel. Vein catheters, which insert a catheter into a vein, have already been disclosed, and the technique of inserting into a central vein and the technique of inserting into a peripheral vein are different. Seldinger's technique is used for the central blood vessel. It is a method of inserting a guide wire after puncture of a vessel and then expanding the vessel using a dilator and inserting a catheter along the guide wire. In the peripheral blood vessel, a catheter is inserted into the blood vessel, and when the flow of blood to the body of the catheter is confirmed, a cannular part coupled to the front of the body is pushed.
Using a catheter to secure blood vessels is an essential and important part of medical practice. However, there is a problem in that vascular damage occurs or fluid leaks into the tissue and swells and inflammation occurs while an incorrect blood vessel is secured or a person with insufficient skills secures the blood vessel. In addition, this process creates a situation in which the patient's body needs to be punctured several times, resulting in stress to patients and medical personnel. Even if the peripheral blood vessels are well punctured, they can escape from the blood vessels during the process of inserting cannula parts or blood vessels. Problems penetrating through frequently occur. To solve this problem, there is a butterfly type needle, but there is a problem that frequently causes pain when the material inserted into the human body is hard.

6 is a perspective view of a backflow unit of an easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the backflow body of the backflow unit of FIG. 6.
1, 2, 6 and 7, the
The
The
The rear end of the
Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, two through holes, a

Referring to FIG. 4, the
The
The

Referring to FIG. 5, the
The
Each of the upper
3 is a perspective view of a catheter of an easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. The
The
When the
When coupled to the
8 is a perspective view of a guide unit of an easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 8, the
The configuration and operation of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
More specifically, the distance in which the insertion portion of the
2 shows a state in which the
At this time, the positioning means may be variously selected. For example, the diameter of the inner circumferential surface of the
In addition, the distance from the inner side of the
The L W length is meaningful when the
However, this coupling means can be omitted. In this case, L W may not be set in advance, and a medical practitioner may insert the
At this time, the length of the
Hereinafter, a method of securing peripheral blood vessels using an easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12.
9 is a view showing a punctured peripheral blood vessels using the easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
That is, in the combined state of FIGS. 1 and 2, the medical personnel hold the
10 is a view showing a state in which a guide wire is inserted after peripheral vascular puncture using an easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a guide using an easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. This diagram shows the state in which a catheter is inserted into a peripheral blood vessel by pushing the pusher unit after wire insertion.
In FIG. 9, when the flow of blood is visually recognized through the
If the medical person continues to push the
12 is a view showing a state in which the backflow unit is separated after the catheter is inserted using the easy catheter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
After the state of Figure 11, the medical person grips the
As described above, according to the
The above embodiments are only one embodiment of the present invention and various embodiments may be possible. For example, it has been exemplified that both the
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention does not include a separate cover member in the
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention described above, the configuration of the
In addition, although the configuration of the
