The present invention relates to a light emitting device package and a light emitting device using the same, the orientation angle is adjusted, more specifically, at least one first lead frame and; At least one second lead frame formed spaced apart while corresponding to the first lead frame; A light emitting device chip mounted on the first lead frame; A first package body formed to have a first inclined surface on a part of a circumference around the light emitting device chip while being fixed on a portion of a surface of the first lead frame and the second lead frame formed apart from the first lead frame; A second package body formed to have a second inclined surface on the circumference around the light emitting device chip except for the portion; It includes; a third package body having a third inclined surface in a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the second inclined surface, the upper portion of the first package body and the second package body; including, the second inclined surface and the light emission of the second package body The shortest distance between the device chips is shorter than the shortest distance between the first inclined surface and the light emitting device chip, and light emitted in the direction of the second inclined surface and the third inclined surface among the light emitted from the light emitting device chip is reflected to emit light. It relates to a light emitting device package and the light emitting device using the light emitting device to adjust the light emission angle.
By using such a light emitting device package, by controlling the directivity angle, light loss can be suppressed, luminance can be greatly increased, power consumption and manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced, and light pollution can be greatly reduced.
A light emitting diode (LED) is a solid state light emitting device that converts electrical energy into light energy. Generally, such a light emitting device includes an active layer of one or more semiconductor materials interposed between semiconductor layers doped with impurities of opposite n-type and p-type, respectively. When a bias is applied across semiconductor layers doped with n-type and p-type impurities, electrons and holes are injected into the active layer, and they recombine to generate light.
In general, a light emitting device chip, such as a light emitting diode, is mounted on a base corresponding to a substrate or a lead frame, and a package light emitting device package is used that covers the top of the light emitting device chip with a dome type lens or the like. Through this, the light emitting device chip can be protected from external contaminants and impacts, and light extraction efficiency can be improved by minimizing total reflection of light by the lens.
As shown in FIG. 1, which is a prior art, since the light generated by the light
As an alternative to this, a method of narrowing the directivity angle by reflecting the light generated from the light emitting device chip to the top of the light emitting device package is used. Specifically, a housing including a reflective surface located around the light emitting device chip is used. However, in this case, absorption of light by the housing may occur, and in order to prevent this, since a material having a high reflectivity must be located on the reflective surface of the housing, manufacturing cost may increase, and the interface between the housing and the lens extends to the light emitting device chip. Since it is connected, external contaminants such as moisture can be easily penetrated into the light emitting device chip, and there is a problem that the reliability of the light emitting device package may be deteriorated.
Meanwhile, a light emitting device package capable of converting electrical energy into light energy can be applied to light emitting devices in various fields such as LED lighting and display devices. Among them, the display device may be composed of red (R), green (G), and blue (B) semiconductor light emitting elements, and the spacing between the semiconductor light emitting elements determines the resolution of the display device, and thus a high resolution display device. In order to configure the surface mount type light emitting device package in which individual light emitting devices can be densely arranged is used.
Currently, the surface mount type light emitting device package applied to a display device is mainly optimized for indoor use, and thus light emitting device chips are disposed in consideration of the right and left direction angles rather than the vertical direction angle, and when applied to the outdoor display device There is a problem in that light loss occurs toward the upper portion of the display.
Furthermore, it is necessary to limit the light emitted in a direction other than a predetermined direction in which the display is required. For example, the energy-saving smart road light sign is a situation in which light emitted from the road light sign restricts the diffusion of light into the air and requires a technology to save energy by focusing on the driver.
In order to solve this problem, a lens for controlling light in a specific direction may be used, but in this case, a price increase, an increase in size, and manufacturing difficulties may occur due to the introduction of the lens.
Accordingly, there is an urgent need to develop a light emitting device including a light emitting device package capable of controlling a directivity angle in a specific direction to reduce energy and improve luminance, and a display device such as a display board using the same.
The present invention was invented in view of the necessity as described above, the second and third packages among the light emitted from the light emitting device chip by disposing the second and third package bodies described below adjacent to the light emitting device chip The purpose is to adjust the directivity of the emitted light by reflecting the light emitted in the direction of the side slope of the main body.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to increase the reliability of the light emitting device package by suppressing the problem of luminance non-uniformity due to the surface tension of the encapsulating material by spacing a certain distance between the encapsulating material encapsulating the light emitting device chip and the package body.

In addition, a light emitting device such as a display device in which the directivity is adjusted using the light emitting device package having the directivity adjusted is provided.
According to the light emitting device package with the directivity adjustment according to the present invention, it is possible to control the directivity in a specific direction, and there is an effect of significantly reducing manufacturing costs.
Furthermore, there is an effect of further increasing the reliability of the light emitting device package by preventing a luminance nonuniformity caused by the surface tension at the time of forming the encapsulant by separating a distance between the encapsulant and the second inclined surface of the second package body.

In addition, the second
Here, the
