시공편리성이 향상된 경계블럭{Boundary block with improved ease of installation}Boundary block with improved ease of installation}

The present invention relates to a boundary block with improved construction convenience, and more specifically, a boundary block formed by mixing cement and aggregate is simple to suppress the twisting phenomenon caused by contraction and expansion due to thermal deformation after construction. It relates to a boundary block with improved construction convenience improved efficiently.

In general, boundary blocks include natural stone boundary blocks processed with natural stone, cement boundary blocks formed by mixing cement and aggregate, boundary blocks molded by polishing the surface using longitudinal and cement, and boundary blocks injected with synthetic resin. have.

Prior art related to such a boundary block has been disclosed a number of publications including Patent Publication No. 1997-0065466, Patent Publication No. 2005-0080768.

In the case of the boundary block formed from the synthetic resins disclosed in the prior art among these boundary blocks, even when the synthetic resin material is used, even if it is constructed in a tailor-made manner, thermal deformation such as contraction expansion can be absorbed, and the constructability is good and the thermal deformation is caused by contraction expansion While there are few twisting phenomena due to the absorption of deformation in Edo, in the case of boundary blocks using natural stones such as stone or cement boundary blocks formed by mixing cement and aggregate, contraction expansion occurs when the spacing between the boundary blocks is not separated even finely. The warping phenomenon occurs due to the thermal deformation according to the occurrence of construction defects, which often requires re-construction.

For this reason, especially in the case of cement boundary blocks, it is indispensable to perform the joint work of filling the empty space between the boundary blocks with sand or soil while constructing while maintaining the spacing between the boundary blocks.

For this reason, the cement boundary block is difficult to maintain horizontal, vertical, and straightness, and is difficult to construct. As the boundary blocks are separated from each other, even when a small external force is applied or a slight settlement occurs around the construction, it is easily distorted. Because of this, there are still problems that need to be repaired or rebuilt.

In particular, the cumbersome joint work has to be carried out in parallel, so the construction period is long, and the joints also have a disadvantage in that the appearance is poor.

The present invention was created to solve these problems in consideration of various problems in the prior art as described above, and it is possible to suppress the torsion phenomenon that occurs when the boundary block formed by mixing cement and aggregate is contracted and expanded by thermal deformation after construction. You can.

However, this is not intended to limit the embodiments according to the concept of the present invention to a specific disclosure form, and it should be understood to include all modifications, equivalents, and substitutes included in the spirit and scope of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the boundary block with improved construction convenience according to the present invention is formed of a block body 100 formed of a cement mortar composed of cement and aggregate, and a part of one side section of the block body 100. -10 mm protruding gap holding portion 110.

At this time, the gap maintaining portion 110 is formed to extend in a form protruding from the edge spacing holding portion 112, which is further formed in a part of the rim of the block body 100, and one side of the block body 100 It is made of a surface spacing maintaining unit 114.

In addition, the gap maintaining unit 110 is made of the same material as the block body 100, and when the block body 100 is molded, it further undergoes a gap maintaining molding process to continuously mold it without additional steps. It is configured to be possible.

Particularly, among the space keeping parts 110, the edge space keeping part 112 should be formed to protrude to form a part of the edge, not the entire edge, such as an 'a' shape. This is because the construction of the butt block does not differ from the construction of the block by face-to-face, and eventually, the boundary block line, which was linearly constructed by the expansion and contraction due to the temperature change (summer and winter) of the outside air, causes the problem of collapse. .

In other words, if the edge spacing holding portion 112 is protruded only from a part of the edge as in the shape of 'a' as in the present invention, the border block is contracted and expanded because the part where the edge spacing holding portion 112 is not formed is empty even though it is installed in butt construction. When the expansion and contraction expansion occurs to an empty part, it is possible to alleviate the contraction expansion, so that the warping phenomenon that occurs when the butted parts are opened or pushed together by pushing or pulling each other can be solved.

At this time, the 'a' shape of the border spacing portion 112 must be a shape including the upper surface of the border block 100.

This is because, after construction, the top surface must be in full contact with the adjacent boundary block, so the appearance quality is excellent, and there is no need for additional joint work.

Of course, the empty side and bottom surfaces are filled with soil, and this part does not degrade the appearance quality because it is invisible to the outside.

In the present invention, it is the most preferred embodiment to form only the border spacing maintaining portion 112, in addition to increase the construction quality (linearity), and to increase the convenience of construction, one side section of the border block 100, that is, the border A space spacing maintaining portion 114 having a predetermined width on the cross section where the gap maintaining portion 112 is formed and protruding in the same length as the edge spacing maintaining portion 112 may be further provided.

The space spacing portion 114 is preferably a straight rod shape as illustrated, but is not limited thereto, and may be modified into various shapes such as a wavy, serrated, concentric, lattice type.

The surface spacing maintaining portion 114 is useful for maintaining a constant spacing between one end face of a relatively wide block compared to the edge spacing maintaining portion 112.

In other words, when there is only the edge spacing maintaining portion 112, when the construction is closer to the lower sides, the edge spacing maintenance portion 112 is not exactly but rather easily opened in the form of a slight gap, which does not have the surface spacing maintenance portion 114 This is because it is difficult to adjust the gap because the side is empty.

For this reason, it may be difficult for a skilled worker to concentrate and construct.

For this reason, it is possible to achieve the object of the present invention by using only the edge spacing maintaining unit 112, but it is possible to further increase the construction convenience by placing the surface spacing maintaining unit 114 further.

In addition, at least one of the surface spacing maintaining portions 114 is preferably formed in a pair. Of course, it is also possible to form multiple. However, if it exceeds 50% of the area of one side, it is difficult to obtain a buffering effect for contraction and expansion, so the total area (multiple total surface areas) of the surface spacing unit 114 must be 50 compared to the area of one side of the boundary block. Should be kept below%.

In addition, 100 parts by weight of the cement-aggregate mortar constituting the boundary block 100 to increase the salt resistance of the boundary block 100 and to enhance the heat stability and durability to suppress the contraction expansion due to the change in the outside temperature as much as possible. 6.5 parts by weight of the modified sulfur solution, 1.5 parts by weight of methyl trimethoxysilane, 3.5 parts by weight of sodium acetate and 1.5 parts by weight of phosphate may be further added and mixed.

At this time, the modified sulfur solution is added to prevent the degradation of salt resistance and durability due to the alkali reaction by suppressing the alkali silica reaction so that the alkali component in the cement and the silica component in the aggregate do not directly react by forming a coating film on the surface of the aggregate.

In addition, methyltrimethoxysilane is added to enhance the durability by strengthening the bonding strength between emulsifying substances by hydrophobicity, and sodium acetate enhances the heat storage property due to the formation of a eutectic point to suppress shrinkage expansion due to temperature change. Is added, and phosphate is added to maintain the binding stabilization of the block components.

In this case, the phosphate is preferably used as a mixture of aluminum phosphate monobasic [Al (H 2 PO 4 ) 3 ] and magnesium phosphate monobasic [Mg (H 2 PO 4 ) 2 ] in a weight ratio of 1: 1.

The boundary block according to the present invention may be manufactured as shown in FIG. 2.

According to FIG. 2, a mortar composition step is first performed.

The mortar composition step is a step of maintaining the mixture in a state suitable for molding by stirring for 30 minutes while further adding the above-described additional components in the above-described content range to the mortar for preparing a boundary block made of cement-aggregate.

In this way, when the mortar composition is completed, a basic molding step is performed.

The basic molding step is a step of molding through a molding machine in the shape of a boundary block having a normal rectangular block shape.

Thereafter, the step of forming the edge spacing is performed.

The edge spacing holding portion can be molded by further moving the side of the mold to the side of the mold using the side horizontal moving device at the time when the basic forming step is completed.

It is easy to understand that such a side horizontal shifter is similar to a slide core in a conventional resin molding machine.

At this time, if it is necessary to form even the surface spacing holding part, when forming the edge spacing holding part in the same manner, the surface spacing holding part can also be molded together. It can be molded through a mold.

The side horizontal moving mold is a mold formed to fit the shape of the space keeping part, and can be considered as a mold padded so that 5-10 mm extension protrusions are formed at the cross-section of the boundary block.

By doing this, in spite of the construction of the blocks without spacing between the boundary blocks as in the prior art, it is possible to obtain a revolutionary effect to sufficiently absorb the contraction and expansion of the boundary blocks due to the temperature change of the outside air to prevent warping.

Moreover, the boundary block of the present invention has the advantage of maximizing the convenience of construction since it does not require a separate joint operation, and also improves the appearance quality after construction.
