Description
The present invention relates to a floating structure, and more particularly, to a floating structure capable of simultaneously carrying out the loading or unloading operation of the liquefied natural gas and the transfer operation between the storage tank.
Generally, when LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is in an intermediate load state partially loaded with about 10 to 90% of the storage tank height, sloshing is a phenomenon in which the liquid contained in the storage tank flows as the ship operates. The load by) acts greatly. Therefore, the LNG carrier which loads LNG and unloads LNG to the land requirements on land, and artificially fills the storage tank with LNG completely or completely emptyes so that an intermediate loading state may be avoided. Since LNG carriers can operate freely, all stored LNG should be unloaded during maintenance of the storage tank and then checked or maintained in the dock or dock.
On the other hand, floating structures such as LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), which store the LNG which is floating offshore and unloaded from LNG carriers, vaporize LNG as needed and supply it to the demands of the land. The amount of LNG stored in the storage tank is changed by external variables such as the amount of LNG demanded by the customer, the amount of LNG unloaded from the LNG carrier, and the amount of LNG stored in the storage tank cannot be artificially controlled. In addition, since the floating structure is mooring at a certain position on the sea, it is impossible to move the position to the dock or dock or to unload all the LNG for maintenance of the storage tank. Therefore, maintenance work should be performed after emptying only a storage tank requiring maintenance among a plurality of storage tanks. However, the conventional floating structure, because the transfer operation between the storage tank is also made through the main line where the loading and unloading operation of the LNG is made, there is a problem that the loading and unloading operation of the LNG should be stopped when the transfer operation is required.
Accordingly, there is a need for a floating structure capable of simultaneously carrying out a loading or unloading operation and a transportation operation so as to facilitate the maintenance of the storage tank while avoiding the intermediate loading state.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 부유식 구조물은 해상의 일정 위치에 계류된 채 작업하는 구조물로서, LNG FSRU 또는 LNG FPSO(Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading)일 수 있다. Floating structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is a structure that works while mooring at a certain position on the sea, may be LNG FSRU or LNG FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading). LNG FSRU refers to a structure that floats offshore and stores LNG unloaded from LNG carriers in a storage tank, and then vaporizes LNG as needed to supply it to demand onshore. LNG FPSO is a natural gas extracted from a gas well. Refers to a structure that produces and liquefies directly at sea, stores it in a storage tank, and unloads the stored LNG to an LNG carrier if necessary.
Floating structures can carry out the loading or unloading of liquefied gas simultaneously with the transfer between storage tanks. Therefore, the maintenance of the storage tank can be facilitated while avoiding the intermediate loading state in which the load due to the sloshing acts greatly. In addition, since the auxiliary loading line is connected to the shipping line outside the storage tank, there is a feature that can be applied to the storage tank without changing the conventional pump tower (pump tower) structure.

1 is a view schematically showing the configuration of a floating structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The
The
A control valve is installed at the
On the other hand, the
A control valve in the form of a 3-way valve is installed at the connection portion between the
In addition, the
In addition, although not shown in the drawings, each of the plurality of

First, referring to FIG. 2, the liquefied gas supplied from the oil supply line B to the
