Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite art panel and a composite art panel, and in particular, the front cutting portion and the rear cutting portion are formed on the panel body cut in a rectangular shape so that the bending guide groove is formed on the bottom surface, and the front cutting portion By forming and bending the body cutting part and the side cutting part in the body to form the body hook piece and the side hook piece, and then bend the outer side of the bending guide groove to form the left and right reinforcement side walls, and the rear vertical part by bending the rear cutting part. The composite art panel is to be manufactured through the process of forming.
In general, large-scale buildings are generally constructed by using prefabricated construction methods. The prefabricated construction was carried out by constructing a building frame first, placing slabs on the floors of each building, and placing retaining walls. .
Through this process, natural or artificial stone such as marble is attached to the roof or exterior wall of the constructed building to make the exterior of the building beautiful and at the same time, it can effectively protect the building from the natural environment such as rain and wind, and provide insulation and waterproof effect. It is supposed to have.
For the roof, interior and exterior construction, there is a method of using a stone panel and a method of using a metal panel. In the case of using a stone panel, coking is incidental to the process inconvenience and coking. Due to the difficulty of the work and the sealing that flows into the gap after caulking, the aesthetics are not beautiful, so the construction method using metal panel which is faster than the stone panel and can decorate the aesthetics is increased. have.
In the construction method using the metal panel, when installing on the roof or inner and outer walls of the building, the metal plate is cut to a suitable size using various cutters at the work site, and the bent portion is bent 2 or 3 times and then bent. It is made by fixing the mutual.
However, this construction method is inconvenient to cut each metal plate to a suitable size before construction, and because the cut plate had to be bent again, the work takes a long time, there was a problem that can not produce a large amount of products.
In addition, due to the long construction period, the construction cost is very high, and the metal plate having a thin and simple shape is formed in one layer, which causes heat loss due to heat transfer from inside to outside or from outside to inside. There was a problem that noise is generated in the process of rain or hail bumps the metal plate.
On the other hand, as a way to solve this problem is proposed a composite art panel manufacturing method and a composite art panel of the Patent Publication No. 10-1521626 (2015.05.13) to simplify the manufacturing process to improve productivity It was able to maintain and prevent the expenditure of cooling and heating costs, but there was a problem that rainwater flows into the interior through each composite art panel combined in the longitudinal direction during rainy weather, and the composite panel on one side and the composite on the other side Another problem is that the deformation of the panel is partially lowered due to the low strength of the part facing the panel.
The invention of the present invention is to increase the service life of the panel to maintain the smoothness of the panel to maintain the smoothness, that is, the reinforced side wall portion is formed thick enough to prevent deformation by external pressure after construction and construction And both sides of the rear vertical portion provided between the reinforcing side wall portion to be provided without a gap by each of the corner folding portion to prevent rain water leakage in the rain.
