본 발명의 홍조류 추출물 및 수용성 키틴의 중합체가 도포된 면직물 및 부직포를 대상으로 한국 공업규격에 의한 시험법에 의해 세탁견뢰도(KS K 0430-2001, A-1, 40±2℃), 마찰견뢰도(KS K 0650-2001), 일광견뢰도(KS K 0700-1990, 페이드오미터, BLUE SCALE) 및 땀견뢰도(KS K 0715-2002)를 측정한 결과, 하기 표 3 내지 표 6에 개시한 바와 같이 세탁 견뢰도는 면직물 4-5급, 부직포 3-4급이고, 마찰 견뢰도는 건조상태 4-5급, 습상태 3-4급이며, 일광 견뢰도는 4급 및 땀 견뢰도는 면직물과 부직포 모두 4-5급으로 확인되어 본 발명의 홍조류 추출물 및 수용성 키틴의 중합체가 염착된 면직물 및 부직포가 거의 변색이 되지 않는 것을 확인하였다.
