Therefore, the present invention provides an advantage that the driver can make the lane change more safely, thereby preventing the occurrence of an accident due to the lane change.
Description
The present invention relates to a lane change guide system, and more particularly, a lane change guide system apparatus which provides front / rear information and side information of a lane to be changed to prevent the occurrence of an accident due to the possibility of lane change and the lane change. It is about.
In recent years, the lane change problem of the vehicle has seriously led to retaliation driving, which may result in death. The biggest problem with changing lanes is changing lanes without manipulating turn signals, but there are many problems with drivers who are new to lane changes. For example, the reason may be to change the lane without knowing whether the vehicle is driving in the lane to be changed.
Therefore, the vehicle may be equipped with an auxiliary system that may change lanes by allowing the driver to recognize whether the vehicle is approaching from behind. For example, the driver may monitor an area that cannot be monitored by the rearview mirror or the side mirror to indicate whether the vehicle is present.
However, this technique was limited by knowing only whether the vehicle was approaching from behind. Therefore, even if a vehicle does not exist in the rear, there are many cases in which a vehicle is driving in a lane to be changed.
In addition, the lane change is also important in relation to the vehicle driving in front of the lane to be changed. For example, if the speed of a vehicle driving in the lane to be changed is slower than that of the vehicle, an inexperienced driver may have a collision accident with a vehicle driving in front of the changing lane.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, when changing the lane from the driving lane to the side lane to provide the vehicle information running from the side as well as the front and rear on the basis of their vehicle due to the lane change It is to prevent accidents.
According to a feature of the present invention for achieving the above object, the sensor provided on the left / right side of the vehicle, for detecting the presence of a relative vehicle traveling in the front and rear, the center of the lane to change; A distance calculator configured to calculate a distance from a counterpart vehicle from signals transmitted from the sensors; A storage unit for storing reference data arranged to safely change lanes while avoiding a risk of collision with an opponent vehicle when changing lanes; And it provides a lane change guide system device including a control unit for comparing the distance information with the relative vehicle calculated by the distance calculation unit with the reference data of the storage unit and guides whether lane change is possible.
The sensor is mounted on the front, center, and rear of the left / right side of the vehicle, the sensor is an ultrasonic sensor.
If the lane change guide system device is manufactured in a modular form, the lane change guide system device should be configured with an interface unit or a connection connector for connecting the control system of the vehicle in a wired or wireless manner.
The controller controls only the detection sensors positioned in the direction in which the direction indication lever is operated.
The controller outputs a guide message when the relative vehicle continuously approaches based on distance information with the opponent vehicle traveling in the next lane.
And according to another feature of the invention, the step of operating the direction indicating lever for lane change; Driving a sensing sensor in an operation direction of the direction indicating lever; Detecting, by the sensor, whether or not there is a counterpart vehicle traveling in a changed lane; Calculating distance information between the own vehicle and the counterpart vehicle from the signals transmitted from the sensing sensors; It may provide a lane change guidance method comprising the step of comparing the calculated distance information and the pre-stored reference data and whether the lane change is possible.
In this case, the reference data refers to data provided to safely change lanes while avoiding a risk of collision with an opponent vehicle when changing lanes.
According to the lane change guide system of the present invention as described above has the following effects.
The present invention detects the presence of all the vehicles running in the lane to change when the lane changes to calculate the distance to the relative vehicle, based on this to change the lane without the risk of collision with the opponent vehicle based on this I can guide you.
In addition, the distance to the opponent vehicle traveling in front of the lane to be changed can also be known, thereby preventing collisions that may occur when changing lanes when the vehicle speed is lower than the vehicle speed of the vehicle. .

According to the present invention, when a lane is changed in a driving lane, the vehicle comprehensively provides information about a vehicle traveling in front of, behind, and the side of the changed lane based on its own vehicle, and guides the process until the lane change is completed. Technical features that are configured to.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of a lane change guide system according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a block diagram of a lane change guide system apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the lane change
And the control unit 130 for controlling the overall operation of the lane change
In addition, the controller 130 may also determine whether the lane change is safe by comparing the distance value with the counterpart vehicle calculated by the
In addition, the controller 130 performs a function of guiding the driver to recognize whether the lane change is safe or not. The guide function may be a speaker or a display device (not shown).
In addition, the controller 130 controls only the
The
On the other hand, the
Therefore, when the distance value with the relative vehicle in the change lane is calculated, it is compared with the table of the
Next, a process of safely performing a lane change using the lane change guide system will be described. This will be referred to together with FIGS. 3 and 4. 3 is a flowchart for changing lanes, and FIG. 4 is an exemplary view related to lane changes.
Lane change is often performed while the vehicle is traveling along a predetermined lane (s100). For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the lane is changed to the right lane. When the lane is to be changed to the right lane as described above (s110), the driver operates the direction indicating lever so that the direction indicator lamp provided on the right side blinks. In other words, you want to change to the right lane.
As such, when the direction indication lever is manipulated to change the lane to the right lane (s120), the controller 130 controls only the
The right detection sensors, that is, the right /
그러면 거리 산출부(160)는 상대 차량과의 거리를 계산한다(s150).The vehicle presence information detected by the
The controller 130 is provided with a distance value with the counterpart vehicle calculated by the
In response to this determination, the controller 130 guides the driver whether the lane can be changed (S170). That is, when it is determined that the lane can be changed and the lane can be safely changed, the controller 130 outputs a message such as 'the lane can be changed to the right lane' through the speaker or the display device to guide the lane change. To do that.
When the lane change is safely made, the controller 130 turns off the direction indicator and stops driving of the
However, if there is a risk of collision in the lane change safety determination step of
Meanwhile, in the present invention, the distance to the counterpart vehicle may be known according to the detection result of the sensors. Therefore, it may be possible to determine if the distance to the opponent vehicle is continuously reduced. Thus, when the distance is narrowed, the driver may provide a message informing the driver of the approaching vehicle so that the driver can defensive drive.
As described above, the present invention detects information of all vehicles traveling in front of, behind, and at the side of the changed lane when changing lanes, and according to the result, whether the lane can be changed and until the lane change is completed. It can be configured to guide the process.
