물탱크 내부에 구비된 폴리에틸렌(PE) 시트의 내측면 모서리부에 수평으로 밀착되는 모서리 보강부재;
상기 모서리 보강부재 사이를 연결하도록 폴리에틸렌(PE) 시트 내측면의 네 변에 걸쳐 수평으로 밀착되는 연결 보강부재;
상기 모서리 보강부재와 연결 보강부재의 하부에 만곡되게 형성되어 물의 출렁임을 저감시키는 방파부재;
상기 모서리 보강부재와 연결 보강부재를 물탱크의 상판부재에 각각 고정시켜 물탱크 내부의 폴리에틸렌(PE) 시트에 손상을 주지 않도록 하는 방파 고정부재가 구성되며,
상기 모서리 보강부재와 연결 고정부재는 양단에 고정편이 절곡 형성되어 볼트 및 너트를 통해 연속적으로 고정되어 결합력을 높이고,
상기 방파 고정부재는, 상기 모서리 보강부재와 연결 고정부재 및 상판부재에 수직으로 고정되는 고정나사봉; 상기 고정나사봉을 수용하도록 고정되어 내부로 누수되지 않게 하는 보호캡; 상기 모서리 보강부재 및 연결 고정부재의 상,하부와 상판부재의 하부에 밀착되는 실링재; 상기 상판부재의 상부에서 고정나사봉에 체결되는 상부 고정너트; 상기 모서리 보강부재와 연결 고정부재의 하부에서 고정나사봉에 체결되는 하부 고정너트가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 피디에프 물탱크의 방파구조.
