Claims (4)

물탱크 내부의 PE시트 내주면에 밀착되는 실링부재;
상기 실링부재의 내측면에는 중앙에 형성된 관통공으로 결합돌부가 결합되어 결합력을 높이면서 접촉면적을 늘리게 되며 신축에 따른 유동에 대응하도록 결합홈에 고무재의 완충재가 장착되는 결합부재;
상기 물탱크의 중간지주 중앙부에 수직으로 대향하게 고정되는 수직판재;
상기 수직판재에 보강 고정봉이 각각 볼트/너트로 결합되며 상기 보강 고정봉 사이에 PE재질의 코팅재가 감싸져 물에 노출되지 않는 연결 고정봉이 조절너트에 의해 체결 고정되어 수압에 의한 PDF패널의 변형을 방지하는 수평 보강부재;
상기 보강 고정봉에 체결되며 결합부재의 완충재에 밀착되어 완충재가 결합홈으로부터 분리되지 않게 고정하여 지지하는 지지너트;
상기 수평 보강부재의 보강 고정봉과 연결 고정봉 사이에 체결되어 수평 보강부재의 인장력을 조절하도록 조절공이 형성되는 조절너트;
상기 결합부재의 내측면에 지지너트와 조절너트가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 볼트로 고정되는 고정플랜지;
상기 고정플랜지에 볼트/너트로 고정되어 수직면은 고정플랜지와 밀착되며 내부에 관통된 내주면은 연결 고정봉의 코팅재 외주면에 밀착되어 누수를 방지하는 고정캡;
상기 완충재와 지지너트 사이에 장착되어 수평 보강부재의 수축시 완충재와의 접촉면적을 늘려 완충재가 일측으로 편심되지 않고 균일하게 압축하도록 하는 와셔;
상기 고정캡의 선단부 내측에 형성된 고정홈에 장착되어 일측 단부가 고정캡의 외측으로 노출되며 연결 고정봉의 코팅재에 밀착되어 누수를 방지하는 누수방지부재가 구비되며,
상기 보강 고정봉은 일측에 'ㄷ'자형의 결합편이 형성되어 수직판재에 볼트/너트로 고정되며, 상기 보강 고정봉과 연결 고정봉은 외주면에 각각 나사산이 형성되되, 서로 다른 방향으로 형성되어 조절너트에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 피디에프 물탱크의 내부 보강장치.
