The present invention relates to an anti-dust performance test apparatus and method, comprising an anti-dust performance test apparatus composed of one single unit, and providing an apparatus capable of controlling the temperature and humidity of the chamber in which the test substance is injected, It is to provide an anti-dust performance test apparatus and method that can improve the atmospheric environment similar to the actual conditions by performing the circulation of the air in the chamber in which the test material is injected.
Dust is divided into fine dust and ultrafine dust according to the particle size. The World Health Organization (WHO) specifies that dust below 10 micrometers (μm) in diameter is fine dust and ultrafine dust below 2.5 μm in diameter.
There are various causes of fine dust. Some fine dust occurs naturally through forest fires and yellow dust. However, most of them are known to be caused by air pollutants such as burning fossil fuels such as petroleum and coal or from automobile fumes.
In recent years, as the fine dust gradually worsens overall life, concerns about skin diseases are increasing. Fine dust contains harmful substances such as heavy metals and penetrates deep into the skin, speeding up skin aging and causing inflammatory reactions, causing skin diseases.
Accordingly, the market for anti-pollution cosmetics that protects the skin from harmful environment is growing. Anti-pollution cosmetics refers to cosmetics having the function of protecting the skin from various harmful environments such as blocking the blue light to demonstrate the effect of preventing or removing fine dust adsorption. Cleansing is the basic type of anti-pollution cosmetics.
Recently, the range of cosmetics to which anti-pollution is applied has been expanded, such as the fact that the skin care or makeup step prevents the adsorption of fine dust and the release of sun care products. Makeup is being released with a tendency to add fine dust blocking functionality to the beautifully expressed base.
In the case of the cosmetics, the key is to block the fine dust adheres to the skin, products with excellent sealing effect to create a boundary between the outside air and the skin has been selected by consumers.
However, there is a problem that the measurement to determine whether the fine dust exhibits the effect or function to block the skin through the skin to which the cosmetic is applied is carried out only in the environment inside the laboratory different from the actual environment.
In addition, conventional measuring devices have a problem of spraying test materials without considering various environmental conditions and atmospheric circulation conditions.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, it is an object to measure the fine dust blocking effect and function of the cosmetic by spraying the fine dust on the skin to which the cosmetic is applied in a similar condition to the atmospheric environment.
The present invention is configured to set the atmospheric environment and temperature and humidity conditions of the chamber in which the fine dust is injected, it is possible to measure the fine dust blocking effect of the cosmetic under various conditions.
In addition, the present invention is to provide a configuration that keeps the chamber in which the fine dust is injected in a completely sealed state, and can easily discharge the cleaning material including the fine dust from the measuring device in a state where the measurement is completed.
