Claims (5)
- 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 100 중량부에 대하여, 가소제 5 ~ 15 중량부, 정제수 3 ~ 10 중량부, 방염제 40 ~ 70 중량부, 카본 나노튜브 1.2 ~ 3.4 중량부 및 소포제 0.5 ~ 3.1 중량부를 함유하되,
상기 방염제는 옥 파우더이고,
상기 옥 파우더는 직경 2 ~ 5㎛이며 외주면에 0.1 ~ 0.3㎛ 두께의 실리콘, 0.5 ~ 0.7㎛ 두께의 우레탄 및 0.1 ~ 0.3㎛ 두께의 에틸렌비닐이 순차적층되어 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 오버레이 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 카본 나노튜브는 외경 10 ~ 25㎛, 내경 5 ~ 8㎛, 길이 10 ~ 50㎛ 및 비표면적 180 ~ 200㎡/g의 규격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 오버레이 접착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 100 중량부에 대하여, 촉매 5 ~ 7 중량부를 더 첨가하되, 상기 촉매는 나노실리카 100 중량부에 대하여, 실버 분말 0.1 ~ 0.3 중량부를 함유 또는 무수 아세트산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 오버레이 접착제.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가소제는 다이옥틸아디페이트 또는 트라이크레실포스테이트이고,
상기 소포제는 카르복시산염, 아미노산염, 황산염, 설폰산염, 알파 설폰화지방산염, 인산에스테르염, 사차암모늄, 설폭소니움, 요오드화합물 또는 비소 화합물 중 어느 하나 이상이고,
상기 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 100 중량부에 대하여 충전제인 크레이 3 ~ 5 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염 오버레이 접착제.
