Description
The present invention relates to a rail structure, and more particularly, to support the lower side of the rail installed in the curved section, the bearing force can be maintained in response to the load applied, including the centrifugal force of the train moved by maintaining the pressing force upwards It relates to a rail structure for preventing derailment.
In general, trains are used more frequently because they can transport a large amount of goods or people than other means of transportation.
Such trains are moved along railroad tracks, and when the horizontal state of some of the railroad tracks is deteriorated, a train may be derailed, and in particular, a railroad track is often derailed.
To solve this problem, as disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0362088, rails are installed in a curved section in a double manner, and a sleeper fixing bolt and a clip bolt are used by interposing the newly improved rail clips on both sides of the double rail. By fastening the rails with the sleepers, the train is prevented from derailing.
However, in the structure of the conventional railway rail, there is no component that fixes the rail to the sleeper at the portion where the rail is in contact with the rail, and thus the coupling force is weak, thereby causing the train to be derailed due to the double installed rails.
In particular, when the train passes a curved section, as centrifugal force is generated, there is a problem of derailing by leaving the rail installed on the outside.
Accordingly, there is an urgent need for development of a technology capable of preventing derailment by supporting rails, particularly rails in curved sections.
Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, but formed along the installation position of the railroad to be formed, a barrier formed to include a curved section, sleepers arranged at regular intervals along the barrier, the A pair of rails respectively installed along one end and the other end of the arranged sleepers, and a derailment prevention part for pressing the rails installed on the sleepers formed in the curved section to the upper side to prevent the rails from sinking; The derailment prevention unit is installed in the curved section so as to be located between each of the arranged sleepers, and moves along the rail rail is installed, safety by preventing the rails installed in the curved section lowered by the derailment prevention section An object of the present invention is to provide a rail structure for preventing derailment that can prevent an accident.
