각각의 물품을 다루는 복수의 품목별서버가 동시에 연결되고, 각 개별품목별 수출입 허가에 관한 프로그램이 저장되면서 품목별서버의 선택 및 품목별서버에 연결되는 유통자단말의 선택작업을 수행하는 중개자서버를 포함하는 구성이며,
상기 중개자서버와 유통자단말 및 품목별서버는 판매량 및 소득금액이 실시간으로 출력토록 설치되며,
상기 중개자서버와 품목별서버 및 유통자단말은, 원격통신이 가능토록 무선통신모듈을 구비한 검사장치와 연결되어 검사자료의 실시간 공유가 가능토록 설치되고,
상기 검사장치는 카메라와 리더 및 출력화면이 일체로 구비되어 각 단계별로 구비되면서 바코드 등으로 이루어진 식별수단별 데이터의 중개서버로 실시간 입력이 가능토록 설치되고,

a). 유통자단말과 직접연결되거나 품목별서버를 통하여 간접연결되면서 유통자단말와 품목별서버 및 중개자서버는 동일한 상품가격으로 개별판매후 소득을 후 정산토록 설치되고,
b). 각 제품별 표준이 미리저장되어 적합여부의 실시간 판정자료의 출력이 가능토록 설치되며,
c). 농수산물 유통공사와 연동하는 구성으로 폼목별 가격흐름을 기초로 가격을 산정하면서 물품이 보관되는 보세창고 출고가를 기준가격으로 책정되고,
d). 보증금 형식으로 유통자단말이나 품목별서버로부터 물품대금을 선결제후 후 정산하는 방식이 적용되며, 수입품목과 수출품목의 동시 발생시 현 시점의 책정가격으로 품목별서버와 중개자와의 물품대금을 상계토록 하며,
