secondly, screening the buyers according to information of K1, L1 and H1 sent by the dealers to obtain i buyers meeting the purchasing requirements, sequentially calculating distance information df between the dealers and i buyer warehouses according to information of W2 and W1 among the buyers meeting the requirements, and obtaining transportation time tf between the buyer warehouses and the dealers warehouses according to df, wherein f is 1, 2, 1, i;
