도 2는 40 그릿 사이즈 사포로 제조한 목분에서 수화 용매 및 수화 시간의 차이에 따른 수화 정도를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 3은 60 그릿 사이즈 사포로 제조한 목분에서 수화 용매 및 수화 시간의 차이에 따른 수화 정도를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 4는 100 그릿 사이즈 사포로 제조한 목분에서 수화 용매 및 수화 시간의 차이에 따른 수화 정도를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 5는 400 그릿 사이즈 사포로 제조한 목분에서 수화 용매 및 수화 시간의 차이에 따른 수화 정도를 보여주는 사진이다.

Claims (5)
- 목재 DNA 분리 방법에 있어서,
(a) 목재를 사포로 갈아내어 목분을 수득하는 단계;
(b) 상기 목분을 용매에 수화시키는 단계; 및
(c) 수화시킨 목분에서 DNA를 분리하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 사포는 220 그릿(grit)이고,
상기 용매는 증류수이고,
상기 DNA는 목재 수종 감정에 사용되는 것이고,
상기 목재는 소나무과의 목재이고,
상기 소나무과의 목재는 소나무, 구주적송 및 해송이고,
상기 수화시키는 단계는 4℃에서 48시간 동안 수행되는 것인
