Abstract

본 발명은 사고차량을 인식하지 못하여 발생하는 2차사고를 예방하도록 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판으로 된 재귀반사역삼각판에 관한 것이다.
이를 위한 본 발명은 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판으로 된 것으로서, 사용시 본네트와 트렁크리드를 최대한 개방한 상태에서 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판을 펼친 후 차량의 전후좌우에 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사 역 삼각판 {omitted}
본 발명은 운전자가 고장차량을 인식하지 못하여 발생하는 2차 사고를 사전에 예방 할 수 있도록 하는 것이며 빠른 설치와 먼 거리에서도 운전가 식별 할 수 있도록 재귀반사필림 (Retro reflective film)이 역삼각판으로 형성되며 역삼각판의 상단 중앙과 양쪽 모서리에는 어떠한 상황에서도 설치가 가능하도록 로프, 갈고리, 슬립형 자석, 흡착기를 설치하고 하단부에는 재귀반사 역삼각판이 잘 펼쳐지고 바람에 날리지 않도록 무게가 있는 모래주머니를 설치하여 모든 차량에 사용이 가능한 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사 역삼각판에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 야간에 차량에 이상이 발생한 경우 운전자는 차량을 도로의 측면에 정차시키고, 차량의 고장유무를 확인한다. 이때, 후방에서 주행하는 차량의 주의를 환기하기 위하여 운전자가 취하는 조치중의 하나가 차량의 트렁크에 보관하고 있는 재귀반사삼각대를 꺼내어 차량의 뒤쪽에 상기 재귀반사 삼각대를 세우는 것이다. 그러나, 주행중인 후방차량에 경고를 주기 위해 삼각대를 차량 후방에 100~200m까지 걸어가서 설치해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 특히, 야간이나 우천시 종래에는 삼각대의 반사판에 의지해 후방차량에 경고를 하므로, 불완전한 경고에 의해 추돌사고 가능성도 있는 문제점이 발생하였다.
또한, 고속도로 등의 고속주행로에서는 전방에 설치된 삼각대의 크기가 작아 발견하기 어려운 문제점 역시 발생하였다. 그러나 본 발명은 운전자가 고장차량을 인식하지 못하여 발생하는 2차사고를 사전에 예방 할 수 있도록 하는 것이며 빠른 설치와 먼거리에서도 운전자가 식별할 수 있도록 재귀반사필림 (Retro reflective film)이 역삼각판으로 형성되며 역삼각판의 상단중앙과 양쪽 모서리에는 어떠한 상황에서도 설치가 가능하도록 로프, 갈고리, 슬립형 자석, 흡착기 및 양면테이프를 설치하고 하단부에는 재귀반사 역삼각판이 잘 펼쳐지고 바람에 날리지 않도록 무게가 있는 모래주머니를 설치하여 모든 차량에 사용이 가능한 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사 역삼각판에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 전술된 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 빠른설치와 시인성을 증대시키며, 간편히 사용할 수 있는 역삼각판으로 된 재귀반사 역삼각판을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기 과제를 위하여 본 발명은 재귀반사필림(Retro reflective film)역삼각판으로서, 상기 역삼각판은 접어서 자동차 글로브박스에 보관되며, 사용시에는 승용차의 엔진 본네트나 트렁크리드를 최대한 개방한 상태에서 상단의 일측에 고정시키는 것과 화물차의 적재함이 비철금속에도 고정시킬 수 있도록 역삼각판의 상단중앙과 양쪽 모서리에 로프, 갈고리, 슬립형자석, 홈착기 및 양면테이프를 설치 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 빠른 설치와 시인성이 증대된 재귀반사역삼각판의 뒷판에 3모서리에 원형의 양면테이프를 붙이거나 또는 뒷판 둘레에 사각형 양면테이프를 붙이고 사용할 때는 양면테이프의 이영지를 떼어내고 차량에 접착하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명은 재귀반사역삼각판으로서 사용 시에는 재귀반사역삼각판을 최대한 펼쳐서 설치한 후 하단부에 모래주머니가 설치되어 후방범퍼의 외측과 정면, 측면으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 적용되는 것은 재귀반사재질로 된 역삼각판의 형상이며, 재질의 특징은 재귀반사필림(Retro reflective film)으로서, 입사한 광선을 광원으로 그대로 되돌려 보내는 특징이 있어 어떠한 상황에서도 운전자가 멀리서도 쉽게 발견할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 역삼각판의 크기를 임의로 크게 조절하여 제작 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 간편한 조작 및 설치로 인해 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사 역삼각판을 설치하기 위하여 위험한 도로를 걸을 필요가 없고, 신속한 설치와 시인성을 증대시켜 200~300m 후방에서도 쉽게 비상유무를 확인할 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따는 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사 역삼각판의 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)의 구성, 기능 및 작용을 설명한다. 유사하거나 동일한 구성요소에 대한 도면번호는 통일하여 사용한다.
도 1을 참고하면 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 역삼각판으로 된 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)은 접었다 펼칠 수 있는 재질로서, 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)은 상단 중앙과 양쪽 모서리에는, 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)을 차량에 매달아 묶을 수 있는 로프를 연결하였고, 차량이 철판인 경우에는 슬립형자석(40)이 사용되어질 수 있도록 연결밴드(45)를 사용하여 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)상단에 연결했으며, 또한 알루미늄으로 된 재질에는 흡착기(10)를 사용할 수 있도록 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)에 흡착기를(10)를 부착한다.
또한 갈고리(9)와 로프(30)을 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)상단에 부착하여 어떠한 상황에서도 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)을 설치 할 수 있도록 하였다.
그리고 하단부에 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)이 잘 펼칠 수 있고 바람에 날리지 않도록 모래주머니(93)을 하단부에 부착하였다.
또한 본 발명의 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)은 승용차의 본네트와 트렁크리드를 완전히 열고 본네트와 트렁크리드 상단에 설치가 가능하며 옆면에도 갈고리(9), 자석(40), 흡착기(10), 로프(30)를 사용하여 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)을 부착 할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 알루미늄판으로 된 화물차의 적재함에 사용할 수 있는 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)의 뒷판의 3모서리의 원형의 양면테이프(99)를 붙이거나 또는 뒷판 둘레에 사각형양면테이프(100)를 붙이고 사용할 때에는 양면테이프의 이영지를 떼어내고 차량에 접착하는 것이다. 또한 본 발명의 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)은 역삼각판으로 구성되어 설치하기가 용이하면 빛 반사 면적이 넓어서 운전자가 멀리서도 쉽게 발견 할 수 있는 것이다.
실시예에 따르면 세로1m20cm, 가로1m의 역삼각판으로 제작하여 실험한 결과 300m에서도 구별 할 수 있었으며 200m에서는 확연하게 구별 할 수 있었다.
또한 본 발명은 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판(91)은 부피를 작게 접어서 차량안의 글로브박스에 보관했다가 필요할 때 신속하게 설치 할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판으로서 모든 차량에 설치가 가능한, 상기 빠른 설치와 시인성을 증대시킨 재귀반사역삼각판은 트렁크 리드상단, 본네트 상단 또는 차량의 좌우에 부착하는 역삼각판;
    상기 역삼각판의 재질은 재귀반사필림(Retro reflective film)을 포함하여 빛을 비추는 광원쪽으로 빛이 되돌아오기 때문에 운전자가 용이하게 멀리서도 발견 할 수 있는 것;
    상기 역삼각판의 상단중앙과 양쪽 모서리에는 갈고리를 설치하여 사고차량에 갈고리를 걸어서 부착할 수 있는 것;
    상기 역삼각판의 상단중앙과 양쪽 모서리에는 로프를 설치하여 사고차량에 로프를 묶어서 부착할 수 있는 것;
    상기 역삼각판의 양쪽 모서리에는 흡착기를 설치하여 비철금속의 사고차량에 부착할 수 있는 것;
    상기 역삼각판의 뒷면의 3 모서리에 사각형 또는 원형의 양면테이프를 부착시키고 사용시에는 양면테이프의 이면지를 떼어내고 차량에 부착하는 것;
    상기 역삼각판이 잘 펼쳐질 수 있고 바람에 날리지 않도록 상기 역삼각판의 하단부에 모래주머니를 부착하는 것;
