상기 생선바스켓(45)에는 바스켓구멍(46) 구멍이 다수가 형성되어 있어 상기 생선바스켓(45)이 절곡부(47)를 지나 소독조의 소독수 밖으로 노출될 때 생선바스켓(45) 내부의 소독수가 원활하게 빠지도록 구성되고,
상기 양쪽 구동체인에 연결되고 외면에 생선바스켓(45)이 고정된 컨베이어(39)는 생선이 담겨지는 생선바스켓(45)과 함께 소독조의 소독수에 침지되어 생선이 소독되며,
상기 소독조의 물에는 소독약공급부(49)를 통하여 차아염소산나트륨을 공급하여 소독수의 차아염소산나트륨 농도가 100~200ppm이 유지하도록 투여하여 상기 생선바스켓에 담겨진 생선을 연속식으로 소독하고,
상기 소독조에는 에어공급부(42)로부터 공급되는 공기가 공기관(41)을 통하여 공기분사노즐(40)로부터 배출되어 소독조의 소독수에 공기가 공급되며, 상기 공기분사노즐(40)은 공기관(41)에 다수개 형성되고,
상기 소독조의 생선바스켓에 담겨진 생선은 소독된 후 소독수가 담겨 있는 저류조(52)로 낙하되며, 상기 저류조에는 소독수에 잠겨지는 저류조거치대(51)가 형성되어 낙하되는 생선을 받아주며,
상기 저류조로 낙하되어 소독된 생선은 건져 올려져서 냉풍건조기에서 건조된 후 포장되어 냉장보관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 생선 침지 소독장치
