RNA 발현은 Taqman gene expression master mix(Taqman, USA)를 이용하였고, QuantStudio 6 Flex Real-Time PCR System(Applied biosystems, USA)으로 분석 및 정량하였다. 이를 위해 사용한 인간유래 프라이머(primer)는 GAPDH(Hs03929097_g1), CYP1A1(Hs01054796_g1), AHR(Hs00169233_m1)으로 Tagman사를 통해 주문하여 사용하였다. 유전자 발현의 지표인 Ct(treshhold cycle)를 바탕으로 유전자 발현의 배수차이(fold change)를 계산하였다.Namely, cDNAs were synthesized from each of the separated RNAs of Test Example 2-1 except that only Lactobacillus plantarum HY7715 cells were treated with the Omniscript reverse transcription kit (Qiagen, Germany).
