Claims (9)
- 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 반사층, 및
상기 반사층의 적어도 일면에 형성된 도포층을 포함하며,
상기 도포층은 양친매성 섬유와 평균 입경 5~50㎛의 입자가 분산된 수지층을 포함하여 상기 도포층 표면에 상기 입자로 인한 돌기가 형성되어 있고,
상기 입자와 상기 입자를 감싸고 있는 상기 수지층의 표면이 이루는 계면 각도는 80~140°이며,
상기 입자의 입경과 상기 수지층의 두께는 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 반사 필름.

상기 미연신 필름을 냉각 후 종연신하여 종연신 필름을 제조하는 단계,
상기 종연신 필름의 적어도 일면에 평균 입경 5~50㎛의 입자 및 양친매성 섬유를 포함하는 도포액을 도포하여 도포층을 형성하되, 상기 입자를 감싸고 있는 수지층과 상기 도포층 표면에 상기 입자로 인한 돌기가 형성되어 있는 도포층을 형성하는 단계, 및

상기 도포층은 상기 입자 총 중량 대비 1~20중량%의 양친매성 섬유를 더 포함하는 반사 필름의 제조 방법. - 제8항에서,
상기 입자는 우레탄, 나일론, 아크릴, 폴리에스테르 및 이들의 공중합체 중 적어도 어느 하나로 형성되고,
상기 수지층은 아크릴레이트계, 폴리에스테르계, 에폭시계, 멜라민계, 우레탄계 및 우레탄아크릴레이트계 수지 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 반사 필름의 제조 방법.
