Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Generally, gloves are worn in the hands of people to keep warm or to protect their hands from objects.
In recent years, the demand for conductive gloves for the manipulation or manufacture of electronic devices has increased rapidly, and these conductive gloves are generally manufactured by coating the endothelium with a polymer material having conductivity to the woven endothelium.
Conventional conductive gloves, however, are mostly made of sweat used in hand or insufficiently washed so that the conductivity is maintained by containing a large amount of water due to insufficient level of water washing process such as calcium nitrate and calcium chloride.
때문에, 고분자 물질에 포함되는 DMF(dimethylformamide, 디메틸포름아미드)의 제거가 온전하게 되지 아니하여 문제가 된다.Therefore, the removal of DMF (dimethylformamide, dimethylformamide) contained in the polymer material is not completed, which is a problem.
The DMF is one of polar organic solvents and is used as a solvent for various chemical reactions. However, when the DMF is stimulated by the skin, eyes and mucous membranes and suffers from long-term inhalation, the DMF may cause a disorder of the liver, which may adversely affect producers and consumers.
Thus, the conductive glove of the related art may not accurately realize the touch of the electronic device. Such a problem may not significantly occur at the time of operation of the electronic device, but it can be considerable at the time of manufacturing the electronic device.
For example, when assembling an LCD or semiconductor, an operator wears conductive gloves. Here, when the conductive glove is defective, the conductivity is lowered, which means that the resistance value of the glove itself is lowered.
When assembling an LCD or a semiconductor with such a glove having a low resistance value, fine static electricity may be generated, and there is a problem that defects may be caused in the manufacture of an LCD or a semiconductor due to the static electricity.

Alternatively, the first blowing
For example, the first blowing
For example, the ratio of the water content remaining in the endothelium is preferably 0.3% to 1%.
In addition, a partition may be provided in the space of the first blowing

That is, when the inner skin is impregnated with the conductive aqueous solution, the conductive aqueous solution may flow down from the inner skin due to gravity, so that the first

The temperature at which the conductive gloves are impregnated in the
The temperature at which the conductive glove is impregnated into the

In addition, each section of the
Here, since the
Accordingly, the
