The bag can be disposable or, in a variant, the bag can be refilled via the connection fill tube 65 (Figs. 4a, 4b). The brush head 66 having the tines 68 can be configured similar to the brush head shown in Fig. The brush head 66 is in fluid communication with the seal 64 through the connecting tube 68. A crank assembly 70 driven by a drive shaft 74 is located on the brush head assembly. The drive shaft 74 is driven by a motor 73 (Figure 5) through a two-part drive coupling assembly 76 and a portion of the drive coupling assembly 76 is within the housing 58, One portion is on the lower surface of the brush head assembly 66.

The packet assembly comprising a control assembly for controlling the pump to produce a selected dye combination,
The combination of the container assembly and the brush head / dispenser member is structurally sized and adjusted for a disposable dyeing event and can be discarded by the user after a single use,
