BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a passage connecting structure for a railway vehicle, and more particularly to a railway car connecting structure for a railway car, which comprises a connecting frame rotatably coupled to a passage formed at an end of the car body, The present invention relates to a structure for installing a passage connecting structure for a railway car, which can minimize a deformation of a connecting membrane generated when a railway vehicle runs on a curved main body.
Generally, a railway vehicle such as a train, a subway, a light railroad, or the like is connected to a plurality of carriages. In such a railway car, a footrest is provided between the carriage and the carriage so that people can pass between the carriage and the carriage safely. In the vehicle, a tunnel-shaped passage connecting membrane is installed between the carriage and the carriage so as to prevent a person coming and going between the carriage and the carriage from falling out.
Conventional railway passageway connection membranes correspond to changes in vertical height difference and lateral deviation amount and spacing between passenger compartments generated when the vehicle is running, and in order to pass passengers safely between passenger cars, tent papers or rubber materials having excellent flexibility and elasticity .
That is, a conventional railway car passage connecting membrane generally has a cover portion of rubber material, which is formed so as to surround the passage between the front and rear carriages and to be folded and unfolded in the longitudinal direction of the passage, And a fixing portion formed at a rear end of the front and rear carriages to be inserted and fixed in the holder portion formed at the ends of the front and rear carriages. The curved portion of the curved portion of the cover portion, And the cover portion located outside the curved line is expanded as the distance between the front and rear carriages is extended to securely protect the passengers moving in the passage irrespective of the running section of the railway car .
However, the above conventional connection membrane structure has a disadvantage in that the folded portion of the rubber material is easily broken due to the shear stress, and thus the replacement cycle is short.
That is, a gap is formed or torn in the connecting membrane due to repetition of the folding and unfolding of the connecting membrane which occurs at the curved portion of the railway car, and the outside air flows into the tear gap and noise is generated.
In order to solve such problems, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1465528 discloses a passage connecting membrane for a railway vehicle. The main technical structure of the passage connecting membrane is an inner film having wrinkles repeated in the longitudinal direction of the passage, A cover portion formed of an outer film having folds repeated in the longitudinal direction of the passage so as to be symmetrically joined to each other so as to surround the passage and to be folded and unfolded in the longitudinal direction of the passage; A fixing part formed to be inserted into the holder part formed at the end of the inner and outer covers, respectively, to fix the cover part between the front and rear carriages, and a fixing part embedded in the inner film and the outer film to prevent the inner film and the outer film from being torn And a cover member having a first core embedded therein, Even if the unfolding continues repeatedly, the fastening portion in which the second core material is embedded is prevented from being easily torn and the shrinkage and expansion due to the flow of the external temperature and the passage connecting membrane are suppressed as much as possible, , And the safety of passengers is also improved.
However, according to the above-mentioned prior art, the first core material is embedded in the cover portion to prevent the cover portion from being torn by the repeated folding and unfolding of the cover portion, and the second core material is embedded in the inside of the fixing portion, It is possible to extend the replacement cycle of the passage connecting membrane for the railway car by suppressing the shrinkage. However, since the structure is complicated and the existing channel connecting membrane can not be utilized, a new installation is required.
In addition, the above-described prior art is designed to prevent tearing or improve durability by reinforcement of the cover portion. In addition to not solving the twist deformation of the cover portion generated when the railway vehicle runs in a curved section, There is a problem that the first core member buried and the second core member embedded in the fixing member are rather vulnerable to twist deformation.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a motorcycle having a connecting frame rotatably coupled to a passage formed at an end of a vehicle body, The present invention provides a railway vehicle connection structure for a railway vehicle, which can minimize the deformation of a connecting membrane generated when a railway vehicle runs on a curved main body.

In addition, a space is formed between both sides of the connection frame and an inner surface of an end of the vehicle body.
A cylindrical support protrusion is formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the connection frame, and a support groove for receiving the support protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the upper surface and the lower surface of the passage.
In addition, a bearing is inserted into the hinge coupling part between the connection frame and the passage, and a cover member for blocking the noise is coupled to the inside of the hinge coupling part.
In addition, the connection frame is divided into first and second connection frames which are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance.

Further, according to the present invention, the total length of the connecting membrane is reduced by the connecting frame provided at the end of the vehicle body, and the width of deformation is reduced, and the effect of installing the connecting membrane without replacing Respectively.

The present invention is characterized in that a connection frame is rotatably coupled to a passageway formed at an end of a vehicle body and a connection membrane is provided between connection frames provided respectively to the front and rear vehicle bodies so that the deformation of the connection membrane, The
First, the
The longitudinal direction of the connecting
That is, the
At this time, a
At this time, the
Further, although not shown, the
That is, when the railway vehicle runs on a curved line, a refraction angle is generated between the
A spacing space is formed between both sides of the
At this time, the width of the spacing space is a maximum refraction angle between the
Next, the
Various methods such as joining, welding, and fastening may be used as a coupling method between the
According to the above-described structure, when the railway vehicle runs on a curved road and a refraction angle is generated between the front and
More specifically, when the connecting
5, the connecting
That is, when the connecting
Therefore, according to the railway connecting structure for a railway car according to the present invention as described above, the rotatable connecting
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that many modifications are possible in the exemplary embodiments without materially departing from the novel teachings and advantages of this invention.
