Claims (9)
- 하·폐수 집수조(10); 상기 하·폐수 집수조(10)로부터 공급되는 하·폐수 내 미량유해물질을 처리하는 인공습지(20); 상기 인공습지(20)를 거쳐 미량유해물질이 제거된 처리수를 배출하는 배출조(30)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것으로서,
상기 인공습지(20)는 발포유리(211) 20 ~ 50 wt%와 모래(212) 50 ~ 80 wt%의 혼합으로 제1식재층(213)을 조성하고, 상기 제1식재층(213)에 수생식물(214)을 식재함으로써 구성되는 제1인공습지부(21)와,
제올라이트로 적층 형성되는 하층부(221)와, 상기 하층부(221) 위로 다공성 세라믹(222a)이 적층 형성되는 중층부(222)와, 상기 중층부(222) 위로 발포유리가 적층 형성되는 상층부(223)와, 상기 상층부(223)에 식재되는 수생식물(224)을 포함하여 구성되는 제2인공습지부(22)와,
식생용세라믹층(231)과, 상기 식생용세라믹층(231)에 식재되는 수생식물(232)로 구성되는 제3인공습지부(23)와,
망형상의 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 중공의 원통형 모듈(241)과, 상기 모듈(241) 상부에 고정설치되는 천연황토세라믹 담체(242)와, 상기 원통형 모듈(241)의 하부에 탑재되는 원통형 폴리에틸렌 담체(243)와, 상기 천연황토세라믹 담체(242)에 식재되는 수생식물(244)로 구성되는 제4인공습지부(24)와,
망형상의 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 중공의 원통형 모듈(251)과, 상기 모듈(251) 상부에 고정설치되는 다공성세라믹 담체(252)와, 상기 모듈(251) 하부에 탑재되는 원통형 폴리에틸렌 담체(253)와, 상기 다공성세라믹 담체(252)에 식재되는 수생식물(254)로 구성되는 제5인공습지부(25)가 순차적으로 계단형 단차구조를 이루어 연속형성되되,
상기 제1인공습지부(21)와 제2인공습지부(22)의 경계면에 제1격벽(41),
상기 제2인공습지부(22)와 제3인공습지부(23)의 경계면에 제2격벽(42),
상기 제3인공습지부(23)와 제4인공습지부(24)의 경계면에 제3격벽(43),
상기 제4인공습지부(24)와 제5인공습지부(25)의 경계면에 제4격벽(44),
상기 제5인공습지부(25)의 후단에 제5격벽(45)이 형성되며,
상기 제1격벽 내지 제4격벽에는 하부 양측에 통공(100a)이 형성되고, 상단 양측 또는 중앙부에 'U'자형 월류부(100b)가 형성되는 것에 있어서,
상기 다공성 세라믹(222a)은 광미 40 ~ 60 wt%와, 폐유리 분말 40 ~ 60 wt%의 혼합물을 알루미나 용기에 넣어 볼밀 분쇄하되, 상기 혼합물과 알루미나 볼을 1 : 6 부피비로 하여 분쇄하여 150 ~ 300 ㎛의 제1혼합분말을 제조하고,
상기 제1혼합분말 85.0 ~ 95.0 wt%와 물(water) 5.0 ~ 15.0 wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 100 wt%의 제2혼합분말과 알루미나 볼을 1: 6의 부피비로 혼합하여 20 ~ 40 분 동안 볼밀 분쇄하여 슬러리를 제조하고,
상기 슬러리를 알루미나 볼과 동 부피비로 알루미나 용기에 넣은 후, 500 ~ 800 rpm으로 1 ~ 3 시간 동안 밀링(milling)하여 분쇄슬러리를 제조하고,
상기 분쇄슬러리에 음이온 계면활성제인 쇼듐 라우릴 설페이트(Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, SLS, CH3(CH2)11OSO3Na) 1.0 ~ 7.0 wt%로 첨가하여 5 ~ 20분 동안 발포 공정을 거쳐 발포슬러리를 제조하고,
상기 발포슬러리에 에폭시를 첨가하여 겔캐스팅(Gel-Casting)하고,
상기 발포슬러리가 굳기 전에 펠렛(pellet) 성형기를 이용하여 다공성형체를 제조하고,
상기 다공성형체를 180 ~ 220 ℃에서 건조하고, 550 ~ 650 ℃에서 탈지한 후 850 ~ 1,075 ℃에서 2 ~ 4 시간 소성하여 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 하·폐수 내 미량유해물질 처리를 위한 인공습지 시스템.
