Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 가스터빈 압축기의 디스크 조립체는 회전축에 조립된 루트부; 상기 중심부로부터 반경 방향으로 연장하는 원형의 베이스 플레이트; 및 상기 베이스 플레이트 상에 상기 중심부로부터 반경 방향으로 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 형성되는 허스부;를 포함하는 제1 디스크 및 제2 디스크를 포함하고, 각 디스크의 허스부끼리 결합되고, 결합된 허스부들과 회전축 사이에 형성된 디스크 공간에 반경 방향으로 연장하는 복수의 격벽이 형성되어 디스크 공간 내에서 유체의 이동을 제한하고, 결합된 상기 허스부에는 복수의 개구가 형성되어 허스부 외부에서 상기 회전축 방향으로 공기가 유입될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가스터빈 압축기의 디스크 조립체에 의하면, 디스크 사이 공간에서 냉각 유체가 회전하는 것을 방지함으로써 디스크 외부에서 디스크 내부로의 냉각 공기 유입을 촉진할 수 있다. 또한, 디스크 내에 냉각 유체의 소통을 위한 개구를 별도로 가공하지 않아도 되므로, 제작이 쉽다는 장점이 있다.
