Abstract

본 발명은 진공 자흡 가압 펌프에 관한 것으로, 상부챔버(60)와 하부챔버(70)를 연결하는 순환유로(90)가 형성되고, 하부챔버(70)의 내부에는 순환유로(90)를 개폐하는 부양밸브(140)가 설치되며, 부양밸브(140)는 하부챔버(70)의 액위 및 상부챔버(60)와 하부챔버(70) 사이의 압력관계에 의해 작동된다. 하부챔버(70)에 주입된 물에 의해 자흡펌프로 작동되고, 로터(20) 실링 성능이 향상되어 진공펌프 및 가압펌프로 이용될 수 있다.
