애자부(20)의 말단에 고정되되, 내측에는 점퍼선(L')의 고리형 단부가 삽입되어 걸릴 수 있게 점퍼선수용홈(31a-1) 및 점퍼선걸부(31a-3)가 일체로 형성되고, 외측에는 애자부(20)의 직각방향으로 돌출된 축(31a-2)이 일체로 형성된 제1바디(31a), 제1바디(31a)에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 점퍼선(L')을 가압하면서 점퍼선수용홈(31a-1)을 덮는 커버(31b)로 구성된 점퍼선고정구(31)와,
