In this process, the thicknesses of the lines and the sizes of the components shown in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of explanation. In addition, the following terms are defined in consideration of the functions of the present application, which may vary depending on the intentions or customs of the user, the operator, and the like. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be described based on the contents throughout this specification.

1. Description of the system

The present application will be described in detail with reference to Figs. 1 and 2. Fig.

The user terminal 100, the ship terminals 200 (200a, 200b, 200c) and the sea terminal (300) are used as the method of boarding report in this application.

The user terminal 100 is a device carried by a user and is a part for transmitting boarding information and position information to the ship terminal 200 (200a, 200b, 200c). Any device that can be carried by the user is not limited. As an example, a smartphone can be used.

The user terminal 100 includes a wireless connection module 110, a boarding information application module 120, a location information application module 130, a location information detection module 140, a boarding information input window output module 150, 160, a ship selection module 170, and an input module 180.

The wireless connection module 110 wirelessly communicates with the wireless connection module 210 of the ship terminal 200 (200a, 200b, 200c) to transmit information. Also, the presence or absence of boarding information applied to the wireless connection module 110 is determined. If the boarding information is not applied, the boarding information input window output module 150 described later outputs the boarding information input window.

The wireless connection module 110 searches for a ship terminal 200 (200a, 200b, 200c) within a communication range before being wirelessly communicated with the ship terminal 200 (200a, 200b, 200c). If a plurality of ship terminals 200a, 200b, 200c are searched, the ship terminal 200a to be loaded is applied to the ship selection module 170 to be described later. Through this process, the wireless connection module 110 is wirelessly connected to the ship terminal 200a to which the wireless connection module 110 is applied.

The boarding information application module 120 is a part for applying boarding information stored in advance in the wireless connection module 110. The pre-stored boarding information is a concept including a name, a sex, a date of birth and a contact of a user previously input by the user through the input module 180 of the user terminal 100, and includes boarding information such as vehicle information, May further include the necessary information. The boarding information application module 120 may further include a memory for storing the boarding information. The boarding information previously input to the user terminal 100 by the user before the boarding is stored in the boarding information application module 120 and applied to the wireless connection module 110 so that the boarding terminal 200a, 200b, 200c .

The location information application module 130 is a part for applying location information to the wireless connection module 130. Here, the location information means GPS coordinate information of the user terminal 100. [

The position information detection module 140 may receive a signal transmitted from a GPS satellite (not shown) and calculate a current position of the user terminal 100. [ The location information of the user terminal 100 detected by the location information detection module 140 is transmitted to the location information application module 130 and the location information is transmitted to the wireless connection module 110 And is transmitted to the ship terminal 200 (200a, 200b, 200c) after boarding.

The boarding information input window output module 150 outputs a boarding information input window for inputting boarding information. Specifically, when the boarding information is not applied to the wireless connection module 110 (when boarding information is not stored in the boarding information application module 120 in advance), the boarding information input window output module 150 inputs the boarding information Window to allow the user terminal 100 to input boarding information. The boarding information input to the boarding information input window is stored in a memory (not shown) of the boarding information application module 120 and is applied to the wireless connection module 110 to be transferred to the ship terminals 200 (200a, 200b, 200c) . Thus, even if the user does not input the boarding information to the user terminal 100 in advance, the boarding information input window can be outputted to the user terminal 100, so that the boarding information can be inputted.

The warning module 160 is a part for outputting notification of a handy boarding report.

Specifically, if the wireless connection module 110 is not searched for the ship terminal 200 within the communication range, it can be expected that there is no ship terminal 200 capable of transmitting boarding information stored in the user terminal 100 . In this case, the warning module 160 outputs a handy boarding report notification to guide the user to report the boarding by hand.

When the boarding information is not input to the boarding information input window output by the boarding information input window output module 150, boarding information that can be transmitted to the ship terminal 200 is not stored in the user terminal 100 . In this case, the warning module 160 outputs a handy boarding report notification to guide the user to report the boarding by hand.

The ship selecting module 170 is a portion to which the ship terminal 200a to be loaded is applied when the wireless connection module 110 searches for a plurality of ship terminals 200a, 200b and 200c. When the selected ship terminal 200a is applied to the ship selection module 170, the wireless connection module 110 is wirelessly connected to the ship terminal 200a.

The input module 180 is a part configured to allow the user terminal 100 to input boarding information or the like. A user can input boarding information such as name, sex, date of birth, contact information, vehicle information, reason for boarding, and period to the user terminal 100 through the input module 180.

The ship terminal 200 is mounted on a ship and wirelessly communicated with the user terminal 100 to receive boarding information and position information and receives the boarding information and the position information and the vessel information stored in the ship terminal 200, 300).

The ship terminal 200 includes a wireless connection module 210, a reader 220, a ship information application module 230 and an information transmission module 240.

The wireless connection module 210 is a part that wirelessly communicates with the wireless connection module 110 of the user terminal 100 to receive information. Specifically, the boarding information and location information applied to the wireless connection module 110 of the user terminal 100 may be received by the wireless connection module 210 of the ship terminal 200.

The reader 220 is a part that recognizes the user terminal 100. As the reader 220, an NFC reader or a beacon may be used.

The NFC reader may recognize the user terminal 100 when the user terminal 100 is positioned close to the NFC reader.

Unlike the NFC reader, the beacon can recognize the user terminal 100 even if the user terminal 100 is located somewhat distant from the beacon.

Thus, the user terminal 100 can be wirelessly connected to the ship terminal 200 by recognizing the reader 220 of the ship terminal 200.

The ship information application module 230 is a portion for applying the ship information stored in advance in the information transmission module 240. The vessel information pre-stored herein means information of a ship on which the ship terminal 200 is mounted. It is a concept that includes the ship's name, type, sailing speed, weight, etc., and may also include information related to vessel boarding and vessel operation. The ship information application module 230 may further include a memory for storing the ship information.

The information transmission module 240 is a part for transmitting information to the terminal 300 of the sea terminal. Specifically, the information transmission module 240 transmits the boarding information and the position information received by the wireless connection module 210 and the vessel information applied by the vessel information application module 230 to the terminal 300.

The sea-coast terminal 300 is a part provided in the sea-view safety center and receives the boarding information, the position information, and the ship information transmitted by the information transmission module 240 of the ship terminal 200.

Specifically, the sea terminal (300) includes an information receiving module (310) for receiving the information and a database (320) for storing the received information.

As described above, the information received at the terminal 300 can be used variously.

Since it is necessary to report boarding at sea when departing from the vessel, it is possible to substitute for boarding report by sending boarding information, and the position information can be used to accurately grasp the position of the vessel in case of an emergency such as a sinking accident.

The sea vessel terminal 300 may receive such information and may more easily manage the operation related to the ship operation.

2. Explanation of method

Hereinafter, the boarding report method according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

First, the wireless connection module 110 of the user terminal 100 searches for the ship terminals 200 (200a, 200b, 200c) within the communication range. (S100)

It can be expected that there is no ship terminal 200 capable of transmitting the boarding information stored in the user terminal 100 when the ship terminal 200 is not searched within the communication range. In this case, the warning module 160 outputs a handy boarding report notification to guide the user to report the boarding by hand. (S110)

When a plurality of ship terminals 200a, 200b and 200c are searched within the communication range of the wireless connection module 110 at step S120, a plurality of selection terminals 200a and 200b are connected to the ship selection module 170 of the user terminal 100 , 200c are applied to the ship terminal 200a. (S130)

Next, the user terminal 100 is wirelessly connected to the ship terminal 200a to which the user terminal 100 is connected. (S200) Of course, when the wireless connection module 110 searches only one ship terminal 200a within the communication range, it is obvious that the wireless connection module 110 is wirelessly connected to the discovered ship terminal 200a.

Next, the wireless connection module 110 determines whether the boarding information previously stored in the boarding information application module 120 is applied to the wireless connection module 110. (S300)

If the boarding information is not applied to the wireless connection module 110, the boarding information input window output module 150 outputs a boarding information input window for inputting boarding information. (S310)

When the boarding information is not input to the boarding information input window output by the boarding information input window output module 150, the warning module 160 outputs a notification of boarding boarding report to guide the user to report boarding by hand.

When the boarding information is inputted to the boarding information input window outputted by the output module 150 in the boarding information input window, the boarding information inputted is stored in the boarding information application module 120.

Next, the boarding information stored in the boarding information application module 120 is applied to the wireless connection module 110, and the applied boarding information is transmitted to the ship terminal 200a connected to the wireless communication. (S400)

The location information of the user terminal 100 detected by the location information detection module 140 is applied to the wireless connection module 110 by the location information application module 130 and the applied location information is transmitted to the ship terminal 200a ). ≪ / RTI >

Next, the ship terminal 200a transmits the shipboard information and the position information transmitted thereto, and the ship information applied by the ship information application module 230 to the terminal 300. (S500)

The sea-coast terminal 300 receives the boarding information, the position information, and the vessel information, and performs management related to the operation of the vessel.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
