Claims (4)
- 함체로 되는 건조실(10)에 건조대상물을 적재후, 유입되는 외기를 온풍발생장치(12)를 통해, 온풍으로 건조대상물의 건조에 사용하도록 순환시키는 농산물 건조장치에 있어서,
상기 건조실(10)에 공급된 외기는 상기 건조실(10) 내 일측 끝단부측에서 건조대상물을 거쳐 건조실(10) 내 타측 끝단부로 유동되며,
상기 건조실(10) 내부 양측에 설치되는 온/습도센서(20);
상기 건조실(10) 상단에 양단이 개구되는 형태로 설치되는 제 1관로(40);
상기 제 1관로(40) 중단에서 분기되어 일단이 건조실(10) 내부와 연통됨으로써, 건조실(10) 내부에서 순환되는 온풍의 일부를 제 1관로(40)로 유입시키는 제 2관로(50);
상기 제 1, 2관로(40, 50)의 분기점(C)에 설치되어, 제 2관로(50)로 유입된 온풍을 제 1관로(40)의 양측 중 선택되는 일측으로만 이동되도록 하는 제어밸브(60);
상기 분기점(C)을 기준으로 제 1관로(40) 내부 양측에 각각 설치되며, 외기를 유입하여 건조실(10) 내부로 공급하되, 유입되는 외기가 제 1관로(40) 내에서 이동하는 온풍과 열교환된 후 유입되어 폐열이 회수되도록 하고, 폐열이 회수된 온풍은 제 1관로(40)를 따라 외부로 배출되도록 하는 열교환부(70);
상기 건조실(10) 내부 양측의 온도를 사전설정된 온도와 습도 범위로 일정하게 유지시키기 위해, 건조실(10) 내부의 송풍장치(11)를 통해 공기순환방향을 시계 또는 반시계방향으로 제어하고, 이에 맞춰 제어밸브(60)의 개방방향을 제어하는 제어부(90);
를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수 및 신선공기유입형 내부온도 균일화 농산물 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부(90)는
상기 온/습도센서(20)를 통해 측정된 건조실(10) 내부 양측의 온도 및 습도가, 사전설정된 온도 및 습도 범위 내로 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록,
건조실(10) 내부의 송풍장치(11)의 회전속도 및 회전방향전환, 온풍발생장치(12)의 온도제어, 제어밸브(60)의 좌, 우측 개방방향 제어 중 어느 하나이상의 제어가 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수 및 신선공기유입형 내부온도 균일화 농산물 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1관로(40)는
제 1관로(40) 양측에 각각 연장형성되되, 제어부(90)에 의해 개폐여부 및 계폐정도가 제어되는 댐퍼(81)가 구비되며, 열교환된 온풍을 외부로 배출시키는 배출관로(80)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수 및 신선공기유입형 내부온도 균일화 농산물 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어밸브(60)는
건조실(10) 내부의 공기순환 방향에 따라, 제 2관로(50)에서 유입되는 공기를 제 1관로(40)의 좌측 또는 우측 중 하나측으로 이동되도록 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수 및 신선공기유입형 내부온도 균일화 농산물 건조장치.
