Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a waste chip separating apparatus, and more particularly, to a waste chip separating apparatus capable of separating waste sand and sand mixed in a waste raw material.
Generally, mixed wastes discharged from homes, factories, and construction sites are collected into waste collection bases and cans, bottles, or plastics contained in mixed waste can be recycled. By securing resources by selecting them according to their characteristics, Environmental pollution caused by waste is prevented.
This sorting operation is mainly performed automatically by a sorting device using a wind force. In this case, the sorting device using wind force uses a point where the dropping point of the specific gravity is different by the wind force when the mixed waste is dropped in front of the blowing fan, .
The conventional wind turbine sorting apparatus disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. 10-2008-0092667 includes an input conveyor installed on a front surface of a housing to feed waste into a housing,
A magnetic drum for adsorbing metallic debris that is light in weight among the incombustible materials in front of the blower; a non-incombustible storage space for accommodating incombustible materials falling freely from the bottom of the housing; and an air pressure And a combustible material storage space for storing the combustible material that flies to the rear of the housing. The incombustibles and combustible materials having different specific gravity are separated from each other using wind power and sorted.
The wind-based method is not suitable for use as a method for separating waste chips having a specific gravity similar to that of sand.
Therefore, waste tires, artificial turf, and waste rubber should be separately collected for recycling. At this time, wastes such as waste tires, artificial turf, and waste rubber are pulverized into small chips for recycling and are used as raw materials.
When the waste chips are recycled, their use is limited due to the sand contained in the waste chips, and the quality of the recycled products is deteriorating due to the sand contained in the waste chips.

The
The
As described above, the waste chip separating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention separates the sand and the waste chips by using the vibration so that the waste chips can be recycled and the sand can be recycled.
