Description
도 2는 미국 지질 조사국이 보고한 2014년 세계 마그네사이트 생산량(a) 및 매장량(b)을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마그네사이트의 용해를 위한 실험 장치의 개략도(a)와 사진(b)이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실험예에서 북한산 마그네사이트 시료를 XRD 분석한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실험예에서 북한산 마그네사이트 시료 표면을 FE-SEM을 사용해 촬영한 사진이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실험예에서 반응온도 343 K, 고액비 6 %의 조건 하에서 입도 45 ㎛ - 75 ㎛ 의 마그네사이트를 사용하여 염산 농도별 실험을 수행했을 때의 시간에 따른 마그네슘 용해율을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 3 M 내지 11 M 농도의 염산 용액을 준비하고 이를 가열하여 343 K 내지 363 K의 온도로 승온하는 단계(단계 1); 및
45 ㎛ 내지 105 ㎛의 입자 크기를 갖는 북한산 마그네사이트를 마그네사이트/염산 고액비(g/ml)가 10 % 내지 13.1%가 되도록 상기 승온된 염산 용액에 투입하여 2 시간 내지 3 시간 동안 반응시키고 고액분리하여 염화마그네슘 수용액을 얻는 단계(단계 2);를 포함하는, 고순도 염화마그네슘 제조를 위한 마그네사이트의 처리방법.

탄산칼슘(MgCO3), 이산화규소(SiO2), 탈크(talc), 클로라이트(chlorite), 돌로마이트(dolomite) 및 칼사이트(calcite) 상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 염화마그네슘 제조를 위한 마그네사이트의 처리방법.
