육류나 채소를 가열된 음식물 받침대에 구워서 섭취하는 불판에 있어서,
본체(1);
상기 본체(1) 상에 설치된 음식물 받침대(2);
상기 음식물 받침대(2)의 한쪽과 다른 쪽을 별도로 가열하여 온도를 조절할 수 있도록 본체(1)의 일측에 나란히 각각 설치된 온도조절장치(5a, 5b);
상기 본체(1) 내에서 배출되는 기름을 모으고, 상기 모인 기름을 배출하는 기름 배출구(7)에 연통되어 있는 상기 본체(1)의 내부에 형성된 기름통(12);
상기 본체(1)의 하면의 네모서리에 형성되어 상기 기름 배출구(7) 쪽의 상기 본체(1)의 일측이 타측보다 낮게 조절되어 기울어지도록 상기 본체(1)의 높낮이를 조절하는 높낮이 조절부(8);
상기 본체(1)의 상부 일측에 여러 개로 분할하여 수직으로 세워져 원하는 높이를 조절하기 위해 개수로 끼워 맞추어 결합하고, 상기 본체(1)에 탈부착하며, 높낮이를 조절하는 일정 높이의 수직 후드부(3b)와, 일측 끝단이 상기 수직 후드부(3b)에 결합되고, 하부면에 연기나 냄새가 흡입되는 다수개의 흡입구(9)가 형성되며, 상부가 개폐가 가능한 뚜껑으로 구성되는 수평 후드부(3a)로 이루어져 상기 수평 후드부(3a)가 상기 음식물 받침대(2)의 상부와 일정거리 두고 배치되는 흡입부(3); 및
