Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a drying system for producing an organic sludge for a solid fuel having a moisture content of 10% or less, more specifically, to a method for rapidly and efficiently reducing moisture contained in an organic sludge, And to a drying system capable of minimizing the lag time required for stirring in an evenly mixed state with an additive for increasing a heating value.
Today, organic sludge generated and discharged mainly from sewage treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and food waste treatment plants is treated with dehydration cake after the processes such as sedimentation, concentration, stabilization, improvement and dehydration, Solid fuel technology is being expanded.
Currently, organic sludge can be used as an auxiliary fuel for thermal power plants only if the calorific value is higher than 3,000kcal / kg. In order to make this fuel, it is necessary to lower the water content to about 80% or less to 10% or less.
That is, when the amount of organic sludge is reduced to 4,000 ~ 6000 kcal / kg, it can be used alone or as an eco-friendly energy such as high quality auxiliary fuel mixed with fuel such as coal.
Generally, drying of organic sludge is carried out by a mechanical drying method such as a multistage or rotary kiln method. However, since the mechanical drying uses fossil fuel, energy consumption per unit time is large, so operating expenses such as operation cost are large, It can cause secondary pollution due to odor generation and discharge of pollutants such as condensed water.
Accordingly, until now, various techniques for converting organic sludge such as sewage sludge into fuel have been actively studied.
For example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1433141 discloses a method of collecting sewage sludge to produce a fuel while mixing heat medium oil evenly. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-1592937, Laid-Open No. 10-2012-0023276, Open Patent No. 10-2013-0052846, Registered Patent No. 10-1039378 and Registration No. 10-0997522 disclose that a mixture of sludge and waste oil, sawdust, vinyl, slaked lime and anthracite is mixed and dried and molded To thereby convert the fuel into a fuel.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2015-0106561 discloses a method for manufacturing a fuel coal that simultaneously performs a mixing process of sewage sludge and additives, a hot air drying process, and a pulverizing process. In Patent Registration No. 10-1095819, And drying it by electric furnace to produce a fuel. Japanese Patent Application No. 10-1083024 discloses an apparatus for drying by using hot air.
However, the conventional techniques such as these are methods and apparatuses for mixing and retaining a specific substance in a sludge and then using a large amount of fossil fuels to produce heat to produce a fuel, which is a dwell time required for drying and mixing, It takes a long time and the decrease of moisture content is not so large, which is considerably inefficient.
On the other hand, in the hybrid type (electric and fluid) drier generally used for drying the sludge, a rotating body is installed in a vessel (tank) and dehydrated and crushed to blow dry air while stirring the object such as a cake, Drying method has a merit in that the drying speed is fast. However, when a chemical substance having high viscosity such as a polymer flocculant chemically bonded with solid particles is contained in the property of the dried object, And sticky or sticky to the inner circumferential surface or the rotating body, or cause deposition and corrosion, resulting in a large loss of productivity due to a large consumption of energy and a decrease in yield.
Therefore, it is possible to improve the method of recycling a large amount of organic sludge discharged in the domestic market, thereby minimizing energy use of fossil fuels and the like, as well as preventing secondary environmental pollution, Development of drying technology is required.

That is, the

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Here, the
The upper portion of the
The
That is, the

That is, the
3, when the inside of the
A preferred embodiment of such a
That is, the

The
That is, the
The

The loading feeder 7 is installed adjacent to the lower portion of the
The
That is, the
Here, as the
That is, the

The main function and operation principle of the organic sludge rapid drying system according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described as follows.
First, the dehydrated sludge contained in the
The additive in the
The mixture mixed at a constant ratio in the mixer (3) is continuously conveyed by using a separate conveying means such as a transfer pump and charged into the reaction tank (4).
Thereafter, in the
In addition, the
In addition, since air is smoothly permeated into the mixture by the operation of the
