Claims (7)
- 시중에서 구입된 이슬송이버섯을 정제수에 세척하여 수분을 제거한 후 0.2mm 두께로 절단시켜 건조수율이 32.6%가 되도록 동결건조기(Freeze Dryer)를 사용하여 동결건조 시키는 제1 단계(S100)와;
상기 동결 건조된 이슬송이버섯을 분쇄기를 사용하여 45㎛ 이하 미립자 크기로 분말시키는 제2 단계(S200)와;
상기 제2 단계의 분말 5g를 물 100mL와 혼합한 후 121℃에서 15분간 수증기(Water Vapor)로 열수추출한 후 약한 불에서 가열하여 50mL의 양으로 농축시키는 제3 단계(S300)와;
상기 농축된 이슬송이버섯의 조성물을 천일염 100g과 혼합한 후, 이를 건조기를 사용하여 100℃에서 상기 이슬송이버섯 조성물을 건조시키는 제4단계(S400)와;
상기 건조된 조성물을 20Mesh의 채반을 사용하여 소금 입자를 균일화시키는 제5 단계(S500)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이슬송이버섯 조성물을 이용한 소금 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동결 건조된 이슬송이버섯 분말 5g은, 상기 시중에서 구입된 이슬송이버섯의 원재료의 15.35g에 해당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이슬송이버섯 조성물을 이용한 소금 제조방법.
