Abstract
Description
Claims (64)
- 핸들로부터 확장되는 세로의 프로브 축을 형성하는 프로브 몸체(body); 및 프로브 축을 따라 작동되게 배치된 제 1 전도성 전극 및 제 2 전도성 전극을 포함하며,여기에서, 상기 전극은 절제 에너지원(ablation energy source)과 연결되며, 상기 프로브는 단일 진입점에서 조직으로 들어갈 수 있고;적어도 하나의 핸들의 표면에 위치하는 자극 모드 스위치는 스위치를 한손으로 작동할 수 있게 하고, 여기에서 상기 자극 모드 스위치는 사용자가 제1 및 제2 전도성 전극에 자극 에너지를 인가할 수 있게 하고, 사용자가 자극 에너지를 인가하고 조직 반응을 관찰한 후 한손을 사용하여 자극 에너지의 양을 증가시키거나 감소킬 수 있도록 자극 모드 스위치를 연속적으로 누름으로써 자극 에너지의 양을 선택적으로 증가시키거나 감소시킬 수 있게 자극 에너지원에 작동가능하게 연결될 수 있고,프로브의 첨단은 프로브가 피부 아래에서 전진되고 조작되어 인접 조직 또는 해부학적 구조물의 천공 또는 절단의 위험을 최소화시키고,여기에서, 상기 제 1 전도성 전극의 표면적은 상기 제 2 전도성 전극의 표면적 보다 실질적으로 크고,절제 스위치는 상기 절제 에너지원을 작동시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기수술용 프로브(electrosurgical probe).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전도성 전극의 표면적 대 상기 제 2 전도성 전극의 표면적의 비가 3:1 이거나 이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술용 프로브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전도성 전극의 표면적 대 상기 제 2 전도성 전극의 표면적의 비가 8:1 이거나 이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술용 프로브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전도성 전극의 표면적 대 상기 제 2 전도성 전극의 표면적의 비가 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술용 프로브.

- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 절제 에너지원이 가변성 절제 에너지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술용 프로브.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 절제 에너지원이 가변성 전압, 전류 및 파형 중 하나 이상을 갖는 에너지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수술용 프로브.
