본 발명에 따른 발열체는 분산된 탄소나노튜브 4~45중량%, 고분자물질 54~94중량% 및 상기 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질을 보다 균일하게 배합하기 위하여 첨가되는 카본블랙 1~2중량%를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 분산된 탄소나노튜브 4~45중량%;
상기 탄소나노튜브가 분산되는 고분자물질 54~94중량%; 및
상기 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질을 보다 균일하게 배합하기 위하여 첨가되는 카본블랙 1~2중량%;
를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질을 포함하고,
상기 분산된 탄소나노튜브는,
산성용액에서 50 내지 60kHz의 초음파로 10분 내지 120분 분산처리 되고,
상기 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질이 분산 될 때 5분 내지 6시간 초음파를 조사하여 교반시키며,
상기 고분자 물질은,
POM(Polyoxymethylene), ABS(Acrylonitrile-butadienestyreneresin), 나일론(PA : Polyamide), PC(Polyvinylchloride), MPPO(Modified Polyphenyleneoxide), PPS(Polyphenylenesulfide), PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene), PPA(Polyphtalamide), PC(Polycarbonate), PS(Polystyrene), UHMW-PE(Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) 중 선택되는 어느 하나이며,
중량평균분자량이 1,000 내지 1,000,000g/mol이고,
상기 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질은 100~120℃에서 가열하여 열처리되어 상기 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질에 포함된 수분이 제거되며,
상기 탄소나노튜브는 직경이 1 내지 20nm이고, 길이가 1 내지 100 ㎛이며,
상기 탄소나노튜브는 단일벽 탄소나노튜브(single walled carbon nanotube, SWNT), 이중벽 탄소나노튜브(double-walled carbon nanotube, DWNT), 얇은 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(thin multi-walled carbon nanotube) 또는 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(multi-walled carbon nanotube, MWNT) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브와 고분자물질을 포함하여 제조되는 발열체.
