Generally, a fracture machine is used to cut an edible bone or a frozen meat using a band saw rotating by the driving of a motor, and is often used in a food supplier or a butcher.

When cutting such edible bones and frozen meat using a fracture machine, there is almost no frictional force with the work table and there is almost no resistance generated when the cut pieces are cut. Therefore, various safety accidents occur frequently even in small mistakes.

In order to cut an edible bone, a frozen meat, and the like to a predetermined size using a conventional fracture machine, an operator must hold the cutting water with his / her hands in front of the band saw to pass the band saw.

However, the safety cover mounted on the conventional band saw can adjust the height for adjusting the exposure length of the band saw, but it is not a structure to be interlocked with the cutting operation. In many cases, the cover is removed from the workplace by a troublesome height adjustment operation.

On the other hand, there has been proposed a safety device capable of pushing and moving a cut material, but it is rarely used in Korea. In Europe, safety pins must be installed in the fracture period.

The reason for not using the safety pin in Korea is that it is difficult to purchase the fracture machine equipped with the safety pin, and the additional work process is required when using the safety pin and the structure is inconvenient to firmly support the cutter.

The above-mentioned conventional safety push rod has good usability in the case of dividing the cut piece.

However, according to the safety pin of the related art, when the cutter is positioned between the band saw and the safety stopper, it is difficult to fix the cutter by only the safety pin, so that the worker fixes and cuts the cutter at the cutter by hand. This often causes disasters due to the rotation of the cut material during cutting.

In recent years, automated fracture machines have been produced and used in some workplaces where a large number of identical operations are repeatedly performed.

However, the above-mentioned automatic fracture machine is very expensive compared to the manual fracture machine, and is not well utilized in a small-scale workplace that cuts various types of cuts at one fracture period.

In such a working situation, even when only a small external force acts on the band saw during bone cutting (lack of tightening due to various parts of the frozen meat or thawed parts of the frozen meat), the operator easily loses control and a disaster occurs.

Further, when the cut material is cut while being strongly pressed, the frictional force between the table and the cut material is very small as compared with the pressing force, so that it easily slips.

For example, when the ribs are cut to a small size of about 2 to 5 cm, they can easily be contacted with the band saw easily by the imbalance of the two-handed force.
