Abstract
본 발명은 인조잔디 구조체(20)의 파일사(21) 사이로 위치하도록 기포지(22)상에 소정두께의 충진재층(30)을 형성하며 충전되는 친환경 충진재(10)에 있어서, 친환경 충진재는 수피분말 8∼15wt%, 제올라이트 8∼15wt%, 옻분말 또는 옻액 3∼8wt%, 계피분말 3∼10wt%, 탄산칼슘 15∼25wt%, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 15∼25wt%, SEBS, 라텍스, 실리콘 고무 중 선택된 하나 이상의 탄성재 15∼25wt%, 오일 5∼15wt%를 포함한다.

Claims (6)
- 계피분말을 제외한 수피분말 8∼15wt%, 제올라이트 8∼15wt%, 옻분말 또는 옻액 3∼8wt%, 계피분말 3∼10wt%, 탄산칼슘 15∼25wt%, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 15∼25wt%, SEBS, 라텍스, 실리콘 고무 중 선택된 하나 이상의 탄성재 15∼25wt%, 오일 5∼15wt%를 포함하되,
상기 계피분말은 90℃∼95℃에서 8∼10분 동안 열처리되고, 20℃∼40℃로 냉각된 후, 다시 90℃∼95℃에서 8∼10분 동안 열처리되고 20℃∼40℃로 재냉각되어 연화된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서;
수피분말은 침엽수계 껍질분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 에 있어서;
구연산 2∼5wt%가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재.
- 제올라이트와 폴리에틸렌을 혼합한 후, 85℃∼110℃로 10∼20분 동안 교반혼합되는 1차혼합단계;
1차혼합단계 후, 계피분말을 제외한 수피분말, 옻분말 또는 옻액, 계피분말, 탄산칼슘, 오일 및 SEBS, 라텍스, 실리콘 고무 중 선택된 하나 이상의 탄성재가 첨가되어 80℃∼100℃로 20∼30분 혼합교반되는 2차혼합단계;
2차혼합단계 후, 압출에 의해 충진재가 성형되는 압출단계;를 포함하되,
상기 계피분말은 90℃∼95℃에서 8∼10분 동안 열처리되고, 20℃∼40℃로 냉각된 후, 다시 90℃∼95℃에서 8∼10분 동안 열처리되고 20℃∼40℃로 재냉각되어 연화된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재 제조방법.
- 청구항 5 에 있어서;
충진재는 입경 1.0∼5.0㎜, 비중 1.1∼1.8g/㎤, 인장강도 18∼24㎏/㎠를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재 제조방법.
