For example, in Japanese Patent No. 10-1597150 (a liquid sheet pouch packaging material to which a laser cut is applied), a flexible upper film and a lower-quality lower sheet are bonded together by heat sealing, and the contents are sealed Wherein the lower sheet has a three-layer structure consisting of an adhesive layer, a protective layer and a base layer sequentially from the top, and the adhesive layer and the base layer of the lower sheet are laminated by laser beams And the guide lines are formed at predetermined depths.
Accordingly, when the curvature of the guide line exceeds a critical angle when the liquid-phase sheet pouch-type packing material is bent, the protective layer and the guide line are simultaneously broken and the discharge port is opened.
However, in the conventional structure, a guide line is formed by burning the adhesive layer by the laser beam in the adhesive layer in contact with the contents. Dust is generated at the time of forming the guide line, so that the adhesive layer is buried in the adhesive layer. Contamination of the contents occurs because the contents and the dust on the adhesive layer are mixed with each other.
This results in very unsanitary results, and the dust generated when the film material is burned is very harmful to the human body.
In addition, since the guiding line is formed at the same position of the base layer and the adhesive layer by the laser beam, the contents are protected by the very thin barrier layer, thereby easily breaking the barrier layer during the flow, resulting in leakage of contents.
