Abstract
Description
도 2는 바이러스 감염에 따른 WRS 분비 양상을 측정하는 ELISA 실험 결과를 나타낸다.
도 2의 A는 RSV(MOI=2) 또는 PR8 바이러스(MOI=2)로 감염한 말초혈액 단핵구 세포(PBMC)의 배양액에 존재하는 WRS 수준의 시간에 따른 변화를 나타낸다. 도 2의 B는 정상인(H.C, n=20), 바이러스성 폐렴(viral pneumonia, n=5) 환자의 혈청에 존재하는 WRS의 수준을 측정하는 ELISA 실험 결과를 나타낸다. 통계적 유의성은 Mann Whitney test를 이용하였으며, * 표시한 p 값은 0.04이다.

- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 트립토파닐 티알엔에이 합성효소(tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase) 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 트립토파닐 티알엔에이 합성효소 mRNA의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 패혈증 또는 패혈성 쇼크 진단용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패혈증 또는 패혈성 쇼크는 바이러스, 박테리아 및 곰팡이(fungi)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상에 의한 패혈증 또는 패혈성 쇼크인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 박테리아는 그람-음성균 또는 그람-양성균인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제제는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 트립토파닐 티알엔에이 합성효소 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

(b) 상기 시료에서 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 트립토파닐 티알엔에이 합성효소(tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase) 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 트립토파닐 티알엔에이 합성효소 mRNA의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 트립토파닐 티알엔에이 합성효소 단백질 또는 mRNA의 수준이 높을수록 사망 위험도가 높을 것으로 판정하는 단계를 포함하는 패혈증 또는 패혈성 쇼크에 의한 사망 위험도를 판별하는 방법.
