상기 가로등 지주의 기준 아암 타측에 회전가능하게 결합되어 광원에 의해 광고부재로 인쇄된 광고가 일정장소에 노출되게 하는 그림자 광고부와;
상기 조명부와 그림자 광고부를 회전가능하게 하여 조명부에 의해 발산되는 광원의 각도를 조절하고 그림자 광고부에 의해 인쇄되는 광고의 각도를 조절하도록 하는 회전 조절부를 포함하며,
상기 가로등 지주는 상부에 상기 기준 아암이 설치되되 상기 기준 아암이 지주 본체와 결합되는 부분이 원형의 띠형상으로 형성되어 회전가능하게 결합되고,
상기 그림자 광고부는, 빛을 발산하는 광원이 구비되고, 상기 광원에서 발산되는 빛에 의해 광고를 투영하는 광고부재가 구비되며, 상기 광고부재와 일정거리 이격되어 고정되고 일정 곡률반경을 가지는 렌즈가 구비되며,
