Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a squeegee paste removing apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus for automatically removing a paste remaining on a blade of a squeegee using ultrasonic vibration.
In general, squeegee is a device used to apply various kinds of pastes. For example, squeegees are used to apply solder cream onto metal masks in conventional screen printing or semiconductor device manufacturing processes. In the semiconductor process, for example, when a solder paste is applied to a blank PCB using a surface semiconductor chip (SMT equipment), electronic parts are mounted, and the components are fused when they are passed through a reflow apparatus as a heat fusion unit. A squeegee is used for application.
The squeegee generally has a blade for spreading the paste over the application surface. First, the paste is put on the application surface, and the paste is uniformly applied while moving the blade on the application surface. Therefore, the paste remains on the blade after application due to its operating characteristics. Thus, the paste remaining on the blade makes it difficult to uniformly apply the paste in a subsequent step. Particularly, in the mass production process, since a repetitive application operation is performed several times, the paste remaining on the blade hardens non-uniformly over time, so that the uniformity of application necessarily becomes inevitably deteriorated unless it is removed from the blade. Since the operation must be performed continuously and repeatedly in a mass production process, it is deteriorated in productivity that a worker removes every time.
Therefore, a device for automatically removing the paste remaining on the blade of the squeegee is required.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems of the prior art, and provides an apparatus for removing paste remaining on a blade of a squeegee using ultrasonic vibration.
The present invention provides a squeegee paste removing apparatus comprising: a vibrator module that vibrates when electric energy is applied; And a horn part coupled to the vibrator module on one side and to the blade of the squeegee to amplify the vibration transmitted from the vibrator module to transmit the amplified amplitude to the blade, Stacked structure.
The individual oscillator may be an O-ring type ceramic.
The vibration module may further include a booster disposed between the horn and amplifying the amplitude.
The horn has a length corresponding to the length of the blade, and the vibrator module can be coupled to the horn at a predetermined interval.
In the horn portion, the opposite side of the vibrator module may be inclined so that the width, which is a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction of the blade, gradually decreases toward the end, so that the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface on the opposite side may be formed.
The blade may be coupled to the first inclined surface of the horn.
The horn may be formed by chamfering both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the lower portion.
In the horn portion, a groove groove having a predetermined depth may be formed around a portion where the vibrator module is coupled.
According to the present invention, there is provided an apparatus capable of automatically removing a paste remaining on a blade of a squeegee. Such an apparatus of the present invention can further efficiently remove the residual paste by amplifying it by further including a booster or a horn. Furthermore, the horn can operate stably by reducing the offset by reflected waves. Therefore, by using the squeegee paste removing apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to significantly improve the productivity.
